Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus and a system for controlling access points. The method includes: receiving load information on working APs in a coverage area; judging a current overall capacity of the coverage area according to the load information; and controlling APs in the coverage area according to a judgment result. A network management server includes a first receiving module, a first judgment module, and a first control module. The system includes the network management server, working APs, and non-working APs. The embodiments of the present invention also provide another method for controlling APs, a primary working AP, and a system for controlling APs. In the embodiments of the present invention, APs in the same coverage area are automatically controlled to turn on or off according to the service traffic; resources are utilized rationally; labor costs are saved; and the work efficiency is improved.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method, a device, and a system for network exit or de-registration of a femto base station. The network exit method includes: performing, a de-registration procedure with an access gateway; de-authenticating the femto base station through a security gateway and an authentication server; and tearing down a tunnel between the femto base station and the security gateway. The de-registration method includes: receiving, a de-register request message from an access gateway, where the de-register request message carries a first identifier of a neighboring base station or/and a second identifier of an access gateway other than the access gateway; directing a terminal currently served by the femto base station itself to hand over to the neighboring base station corresponding to the first identifier or/and registering with the other access gateway corresponding to the second identifier; and sending a de-register response message to the access gateway.
Abstract:
A method for selecting a Femtocell gateway includes: selecting, according to service capability information of a Femtocell gateway in the current network, a target Femtocell gateway; and sending a message that carries identification information of the target Femtocell gateway to the Femtocell for the Femtocell to access, according to the identification information of the target Femtocell gateway, the target Femtocell gateway corresponding to the identification information of the target Femtocell gateway, or for the target Femtocell gateway to perform a pre-attachment operation for a terminal requesting for access to the network.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a handover method and a handover device. An attachment point is handed over from a service station of a first access network to a handover server of the first access network before a UE hands over from the first access network to a second access network. The handover server of the first access network is interacted with through the tunnel to enter an idle mode of the first access network after completing network access in the second access network. Attachment to a destination station of the first access network is performed to quit the idle mode and re-access the first access network when the UE hands over back to the first access network.
Abstract:
A security management system of a home network is provided. The home network includes a home gateway and one or more user devices connected to the home gateway. The security management system further includes a security management server adapted to provide a security management service for the home network. Within the home network, a security management module is disposed to provide a security service for the user devices within the home network. The user devices and a device where the security management module locates have unique device identifications, and the home network has a unique network identification. By the home gateway, the security management server communicates with the security management module. With the network identification and the device identification, the security management server and the security management module achieve a security management for the home network through a registration of the home network and a registration of the user device. A security management method of home network devices is also provided.

Abstract:
A device, a system, and a method for automatically configuring application terminals in a home network are disclosed. The method is as follows. A home gateway receives identifier information of an application terminal sent by the application terminal through a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). The identifier information of the application terminal is sent to a public network through a DHCP message, so as to determine a DHCP server corresponding to an automatic configuration server (ACS) of the application terminal. Address information of the ACS of the application terminal is obtained from the DHCP server on the public network through a DHCP message. The address information is transmitted to the application terminal, so that the application terminal obtains configuration information from the ACS according to the address information to perform an auto-configuration. Thus, a problem that the application terminal in a home network cannot directly obtain an ACS Universal Resource Locator (URL) through a DHCP message is solved, so that an auto-configuration of the application terminal is realized.
Abstract:
A terminal device, a method and an apparatus for configuring the terminal device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a message sent by a service provider device, where the message includes configuration information about a terminal device; setting up a wireless connection to the terminal device by using a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) technology; and transmitting the configuration information about a terminal device to the terminal device through the wireless connection. The present invention brings the following benefits: receive a message that includes configuration information about a terminal device, and transmit the configuration information to the terminal device according to the message; therefore, the problem of insecurity and complexity involved in the provisioning for configuring the terminal device is resolved, and the configuration information for the terminal device is provisioned securely and simply.
Abstract:
A method and a system for selecting Quality of Service (QoS) policy is provided. The method includes: setting QoS policy processing information in a QPH; receiving, by a QoS Manager (QM), a QoS request from a CP, selecting a QPH to provide QoS policy for a traffic stream according to the processing information of each QPH in a home network, and providing QoS policy to the traffic stream according to the QoS policy of the selected QPH. Through the provided method and the system, the problem that only the QoS policy of the QPH specified by the CP or the default QoS policy can be used as the QoS policy of the traffic stream when multiple QPHs exist in the home network is solved.
