Abstract: An antenna device includes a plurality of dipole antennas and a port. Each of the dipole antennas is connected to the port. The plurality of dipole antennas is arranged around the port. Each of the plurality of dipole antennas includes two ends. The ends of the dipole antennas are arranged in a plurality of pairs. Each pair includes one end of one of the dipole antennas and one end of another one of the dipole antennas. The two ends in each pair are arranged in proximity to each other. One or more switches are configured to switch between (1) an omnidirectional state, in which the ends of the dipole antennas are not connected to each other; and (2) a directional state, in which the two ends in each of one or more of the pairs are connected to each other.

Abstract: The method includes: receiving, by a second transmit end, policy information sent by a first transmit end, where the second transmit end belongs to a second BSS, the first transmit end is a transmit end that is in a first basis service set and that transmits data by using a first link, and the policy information is used to indicate a condition that the second transmit end needs to satisfy to transmit data by using a second link, or used to indicate whether the second transmit end is allowed to transmit data by using a second link; and determining, by the second transmit end based on the policy information, whether to transmit data by using the second link. According to the wireless communication method, a spatial reuse transmission policy can be adjusted dynamically based on an actual situation of a current network. This improves a system throughput.

The device sends, to an access point, a resource request message that includes cluster information about a cluster of network units connected to the device. The access point allocates first resources for communications within the cluster according to the cluster information, and sends to the device a resource allocation message specifying the first resources. The device uses the first resources for communications within the cluster.
