The present invention discloses an uplink data transmission method and device. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, a control symbol sent by a terminal device by using a control time-frequency resource, where the control symbol carries control information, the control information is used to indicate a data encoding scheme used by the terminal device, the control time-frequency resource belongs to a transmission resource including a data time-frequency resource, and the control time-frequency resource and the data time-frequency resource are different; performing demodulation and decoding processing on the control symbol to obtain the control information; and performing, according to the control information, decoding processing on a data symbol sent by the terminal device by using the data time-frequency resource, to obtain uplink data.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device, and a communications system for performing data communication by using an unlicensed spectrum. In an embodiment, a base station determines to use an unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication, and sends mode request information to a terminal. The terminal receives the mode request message sent by the base station and determines, according to a preset configuration table, whether to use the unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication. When determining to use the unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication, the terminal sends a mode acknowledgement message to the base station. The base station receives the mode acknowledgement information sent by the terminal, and the terminal performs data communication in a first unlicensed frequency band with the base station.

The present invention provides a data transmission method and apparatus. In the data transmission method, a terminal searches for a visible light network and determines a target visible light network from found visible light networks; then obtains a communication parameter of the target visible light network, establishes, according to the obtained communication parameter corresponding to the target visible light network, a downlink VLC link between the terminal and a VLC device corresponding to the target visible light network, and receives data sent by the VLC device by using the downlink VLC link. Therefore, a part of a traffic intensive downlink service is forwarded to the terminal by using the downlink VLC link, and a transmission rate of an entire wireless communications network is increased.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device, and a communications system for performing data communication by using an unlicensed spectrum. In an embodiment, a base station determines to use an unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication, and sends mode request information to a terminal. The terminal receives the mode request message sent by the base station and determines, according to a preset configuration table, whether to use the unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication. When determining to use the unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication, the terminal sends a mode acknowledgement message to the base station. Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for implementing a SIM card function on a terminal, a terminal and a UICC. The method includes: downloading information for implementing the SIM card function; writing the information for implementing the SIM card function into a reserved storage space of the terminal; and after the SIM card is activated, authenticating an access identity of a terminal user by using the information for implementing the SIM card function. In the present invention, the information for implementing the SIM card function is downloaded to the terminal, so as to implement the SIM card function by means of software.
