Abstract: A terminal device generates at least two pieces of HARQ-ACK information based on a plurality of received PDSCHs, and sends the at least two pieces of HARQ-ACK information to a network device. Each piece of HARQ-ACK information includes an ACK or a NACK fed back for one or more PDSCHs. When a piece of HARQ-ACK information includes ACKs or NACKs fed back for a plurality of PDSCHs, at least one of the following of the plurality of PDSCHs corresponding to the HARQ-ACK information is the same: port groups to which ports of DMRSs used to demodulate the PDSCHs belong, identifiers of enabled transport blocks carried in the plurality of PDSCHs, and PDCCH configurations of a plurality of PDCCHs used to schedule the plurality of PDSCHs.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for sending cell common control reference information. In one example method, before common control information needs to be sent, a base station having M antenna ports generates the cell control reference information used to detect the common control information. The base station maps the common control information and the cell control reference information to one or more resource units (RUs) of N antenna ports. The N antenna ports are a subset of the M antenna ports. The base station uses the one or more RUs to send the common control information and the cell control reference information used to detect the common control information to a user equipment (UE) within a coverage area of the base station.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a transport block generation method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a TBS based on an MCS of a receiving device, a resource characteristic of an RB allocated to the receiving device, and a quantity of symbols, where the quantity of symbols is a quantity of symbols included in each RB, and each RB includes a same quantity of symbols; and generating a TB based on a TBS. TBS is determined based on the MCS of the receiving device, a quantity of RBs allocated to the receiving device, and the quantity of symbols included in the RB, and the TB is generated based on the determined TBS. The quantity of symbols included in the RB is considered in determining the TBS. Therefore, the determined TBS may vary with the quantity of symbols included in the RB.

The method includes: sending, by a network device, downlink control signaling to a terminal device, where the downlink control signaling instructs the terminal device to feed back statistical channel parameter information, the statistical channel parameter information is determined by the terminal device according to statistical channel information, and the statistical channel information is obtained after the terminal device measures instantaneous channels many times; receiving, by the network device, the statistical channel parameter information that is determined according to the downlink control signaling and that is sent by the terminal device; and processing, by the network device, downlink data according to the statistical channel parameter information, and sending processed downlink data to the terminal device.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a channel state information feedback method, a base station, a terminal device, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a reference signal sent by a base station; determining, by the terminal device, channel state information based on the reference signal; and sending, by the terminal device, the channel state information to the base station, so that the base station determines a precoding matrix F. The precoding matrix F=C1C2W, where C1 is a first-level precoding matrix, C2 is a second-level precoding matrix, and W is a third-level precoding matrix. Channel state information corresponding to C1 includes beam information, channel state information corresponding to C2 includes long-term wideband channel information, and channel state information corresponding to W includes instantaneous channel information. This patent application can reduce total pilot and CSI feedback overheads, thereby improving a system throughput.

The method includes sending, by a base station, a feedback mode indication to user equipment, where the feedback mode indication is used to instruct the user equipment to feed back, based on a packet granularity, channel state report (CSR) information, and each packet granularity includes at least one spatial flow. The method also includes receiving, by the base station, CSR information of each packet granularity that is sent by the user equipment; and determining, by the base station according to the CSR information of each packet granularity, a spatial flow used to transmit data to the user equipment.
