Abstract:
An exemplary speaker assembly includes a woofer, a tweeter, and a bracket supporting the tweeter within the woofer. The woofer includes a magnetic circuit unit defining a magnetic gap, a frame attached on the magnetic circuit unit, a diaphragm attached to the frame, and a voice coil attached to the diaphragm and extending into the magnetic gap. The bracket includes an outer ring fixed relative to the frame, an inner ring surrounded by the outer ring, and ribs interconnecting the outer ring and the inner ring. The tweeter includes a main body, a supporting body, and a confining body. The supporting body is partly received in and abuts against the inner ring.
Abstract:
An exemplary sound box includes a box body and two speakers mounted in the box body. The box body defines two expanded portions and a connecting portion interconnecting the two expanded portions. Inner spaces of the connecting portion and the two expanded portions communicate with each other and cooperatively constitute a sound chamber of the sound box. Each of the expanded portions defines an opening therein. The two speakers are attached to the box body at the openings of the s two expanded portions respectively. This disclosure further discloses an electronic device configured with the sound box.
Abstract:
An exemplary earphone includes a shell, a speaker received in the shell and a wire electrically connecting with the speaker. The shell defines a sound cavity and a wire passage therein. The sound cavity and the wire passage communicate with each other. The speaker is received in the sound cavity. The wire is inserted into the sound cavity through the wire passage. The earphone further includes a mounting sleeve. The mounting sleeve defines a mounting hole therein. The mounting sleeve is mounted in the wire passage of the shell. The wire is fixed in the mounting hole of the mounting sleeve.
Abstract:
A loudspeaker includes a frame, a yoke physically associated with the frame and a sheet attached to an outer surface of the yoke. The sheet is made of an electrically conductive material. An electronic device incorporating the loudspeaker is also provided.
Abstract:
An exemplary loudspeaker includes a frame, a yoke engaged with the frame, a magnet fixed to the yoke, a magnet fixed to the yoke, a diaphragm attached to the frame, and a voice coil attached to the diaphragm. The frame includes an annular flange and a supporting bracket. The supporting bracket includes two mounting portions respectively extending down from opposite sides of the annular flange and an annular connecting portion located between the two mounting portions. The yoke is embedded in the annular connecting portion.
Abstract:
An exemplary portable electronic device includes a front cover having a display panel mounted thereon, a rear cover connected to the front cover, and two speakers received between the front cover and the rear cover. The rear cover defines two recesses in two side portions thereof. Each side portion of the rear cover defines sound emission holes communicating with the recess. Each speaker is located adjacent to and faces corresponding sound emission holes. Sound produced by each speaker transmits through the corresponding sound emission holes along a vertical direction perpendicular to the display panel, and spreads to the outside environment through an adjacent recess.
Abstract:
An exemplary vibration unit of a speaker includes a diaphragm and a coil connected to the diaphragm. The coil includes a main body, and a lead-out wire extending from a periphery of the main body. The lead-out wire includes a first segment extending from the periphery of the main body and being tangential to the main body, and a second segment extending from the first segment. The first and second segments are adhered to the diaphragm.
Abstract:
An exemplary speaker set includes a shell and a speaker. The shell includes a bottom cover and a top cover engaging with the bottom cover. The bottom cover and the top cover cooperatively define a resonance chamber therebetween. The bottom cover defines a through hole therein. The top cover defines a mounting hole corresponding to and communicating with the through hole. The speaker includes a vibration part and a magnetic part driving the vibration part. The vibration part is inserted the mounting hole and engages with the top cover. The magnetic part is inserted the through hole and intimately engages with the bottom cover.
Abstract:
An exemplary earphone includes a shell, a speaker received in the shell and a wire electrically connecting with the speaker. The shell defines a sound cavity therein. The speaker is received in the sound cavity. The shell further defines a wire passage therein. The wire passage communicates with the sound cavity. The wire is inserted into the sound cavity through the wire passage. The earphone further includes a sealing assembly coupled with the shell. The sealing assembly seals the wire passage from the outside environment.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a magnesium based composite material. The magnesium based composite material includes a magnesium based metal matrix and nanoparticles dispersed in the magnesium based metal matrix in a weight percentage of a range from about 0.01% to about 2%. The present disclosure also relates to a method for making the magnesium based composite material. In the method, the nanoparticles are added to the magnesium based metal at a temperature of about 460° C. to about 580° C. to form a mixture. The mixture is ultrasonically vibrated at a temperature of about 620° C. to about 650° C. The mixture is casted at a temperature of about 650° C. to about 680° C., to form an ingot.
