Abstract:
An exemplary loudspeaker includes a frame, a yoke engaged with the frame, a magnet fixed to the yoke, a magnet fixed inside the yoke, a diaphragm attached to the frame, and a voice coil attached to the diaphragm. The frame includes a flange and a supporting bracket. The flange includes two parallel straight portions and two curve portions connected between the two parallel straight portions respectively. The supporting bracket includes a main body, two first extending portions extending from the main body and fixed to the straight portions, two second extending portions extending from the main body and fixed to the curve portions, and a through hole defined in a center of the main body. The yoke is received in the through hole of the main body.
Abstract:
An exemplary earphone module includes a faceplate, a bottom cover connected to the top cover, and a microphone received between the faceplate and the bottom cover. The faceplate defines a sound hole therein. The microphone defines a Helmholtz resonance chamber therein. A washer is placed between the faceplate and the microphone. The washer has a sound chamber communicating the sound hole with the Helmholtz resonance chamber. The Helmholtz resonance chamber has a volume V, the sound hole has a diameter d and a length l, and the sound chamber has a diameter D. The diameter D of the sound chamber meets the equation D=d or the formula D ≥ 4 V π ( l + 0.8 d ) .
Abstract:
A diaphragm includes a central portion in a center of the diaphragm, a pleat portion surrounding the central portion and a flange surrounding the pleat portion. A plurality of pleats are defined in the pleat portion and extend from the central portion to the flange along a tangential direction of the central portion.
Abstract:
A diaphragm includes a central portion in a center of the diaphragm and an external portion surrounding the central portion. The central portion includes a central section in a center of the central portion, a peripheral section at an outer periphery of the central portion and a connecting section between the central section and the peripheral section. The peripheral section forms at least one protrusion.
Abstract:
An exemplary earphone unit includes an earphone, a plug, a box, and a lead. The lead includes a first section and a second section separate from the first section. The box includes a housing defining a first opening and a second opening, a disk mounted in the housing, a shaft fixed in the housing, a sleeve surrounding the shaft, and a spring connecting the shaft with the sleeve. The sleeve is rotatably disposed on the disk via two balls. The first section of the lead extends through the first opening to connect the plug with the disk. The second section is wound around the sleeve. The second section has one end fixed to the sleeve, and an opposite end extending through the second opening to connect the earphone. The spring accumulates elastic potential energy when the spring is pulled by the second section of the lead away from the sleeve.
Abstract:
An exemplary display includes a front frame, a rear frame, a screen sandwiched between the front frame and the rear frame, and two sound boxes received between the front frame and the rear frame. Two openings are defined in a bottom of the display. Each sound box includes a front cover, a rear cover, and a woofer and two tweeters mounted in the front cover. The woofer faces a front and a corresponding opening of the display. The tweeters face the corresponding opening of the display.
Abstract:
An exemplary earphone includes a shell, a speaker received in the shell, and a wire electrically connecting with the speaker. The shell defines a sound cavity and a wire passage therein. The sound cavity and the wire passage communicate with each other. The speaker is received in the sound cavity. The wire is inserted into the sound cavity through the wire passage. An adhesive tape is wound around part of the wire. The adhesive tape abuts against an inner wall of the wire passage thereby fixing the wire in the wire passage.
Abstract:
An exemplary speaker assembly includes a woofer, a supporting member, a fixing member and a tweeter. The woofer includes a magnetic circuit unit defining an air gap, a frame mounted on the magnetic circuit unit, a diaphragm received in and connected to the frame, and a voice coil extending through a center of the diaphragm. One end of the voice is secured to the diaphragm, and the other end of the voice coil is interposed into the air gap of the magnetic circuit unit. The supporting member is disposed on the magnetic circuit unit and enclosed by the voice coil. A top end of the supporting member extends through the diaphragm to an outer side of the diaphragm. The fixing member extends through the magnetic circuit unit to mount the supporting member on the magnetic circuit unit. The tweeter is secured to and supported by the supporting member.
Abstract:
A speaker includes a frame, a yoke located at a bottom side of the frame, a magnet disposed in the yoke, a washer disposed in the yoke and arranged on the magnet, a voice coil and a diaphragm. The yoke includes a bottom wall and an annular sidewall extending upward from a peripheral edge of the bottom wall. The bottom wall and the sidewall cooperatively define a receiving chamber. The sidewall defines a groove in an inner circumferential surface around an axis of the yoke. Outer peripheral surfaces of the magnet and the washer, and the inner circumferential surface of the sidewall of the yoke, cooperatively define an annular air gap. The voice coil encloses the washer. A bottom end of the voice coil is interposed into an upper portion of the air gap. The diaphragm is supported by the frame and is connected to the voice coil.
