    摘要: A steam transformer (200) receives steam through a steam inlet (203), and the steam is mixed in a mixing zone (231) with water entering through a water inlet (205). Steam cooled by contact with the water exits the steam transformer through a cold steam outlet (216). Between the mixing zone (231) and the cold steam outlet (216) is positioned a demister (214) that restricts the passage of water droplets. The steam transformer (200) is used to condition the steam temperature in steam turbine and combined cycle turbine facilities when adjustment of steam temperature is required, such as for cold starts of turbines. The steam transformer (200) may be installed into a bypass circuit or directly inline. A number of differing configurations and designs are disclosed.

    摘要: The aim of the invention is a device for coolant cooling in a gas turbine which, with a relatively simple construction and low plant complexity permits a particularly high degree of efficiency in using the heat produced on cooling the coolant from a gas turbine. Said aim is achieved, whereby a number of interconnected evaporator tubes for a flow medium, are arranged in a coolant channel, connected to a gas turbine, to form forced throughflow steam generator. Said device is preferably used in a gas and steam unit with a waste heat steam generator on the exhaust gas side of a gas turbine, the heating surfaces of which are connected into the water-steam circuit of a steam turbine. The evaporator tubes of the device are thus connected on the inlet side by means of supply line to the feed water train of the water-steam circuit of the steam turbine.

    摘要: A device is for preheating combustibles in combined gas and steam turbine installations. The device includes at least one steam generator for heating, evaporating and superheating feed water, which has a feed water preheater, an evaporator and a superheater. At least part of the heated feed water is used for preheating combustibles in a combustible preheater, which can be supplied with feed water of a predetermined temperature by a feed water supply line. Once the combustible has been heated, the cooled feed water can be drained using a feed water drain line. The device is configured so that it can be used in different gas turbine installations and its heating capacity can be rapidly and cost-effectively adapted to predetermined combustible preheating requirements. To achieve this, the combustible is preheated in stages, which can be activated individually as required and through which the combustible can successively pass.

    摘要: A steam generator, in particular a waste-heat steam generator, includes first and second evaporator heating surfaces located in an elongate gas flue for hot gas. A first supply line for feed water is throughflow-connected on an inlet side to the first evaporator heating surface, while the second evaporator heating surface is throughflow-connected on an inlet and an outlet side to a low-pressure drum. The low-pressure drum is provided with a second supply line for feed water. The first supply line has a first treatment point and the second supply line a second treatment point. Each of the treatment points serves for adding and/or extracting chemicals for water treatment, so that each evaporator heating surface can receive only feed water which is conditioned according to regulations applying to that evaporator heating surface. A method for operating the steam generator is also provided.

    摘要: A gas and steam turbine plant includes a waste-heat steam generator disposed downstream of a gas turbine on the exhaust-gas side. The waste-heat steam generator has heating surfaces connected into a water-steam circuit of a steam turbine having a high-pressure part, a medium-pressure part and a low-pressure part. In order to achieve as high a plant efficiency as possible, a heat exchanger disposed outside the waste-heat steam generator is connected between the high-pressure part and the medium-pressure part on the primary side and between the medium-pressure part and the low-pressure part of the steam turbine on the secondary side. In a corresponding method for operating such a plant, low-pressure steam flowing to the steam turbine is heated by indirect heat exchange with medium-pressure steam flowing out of the steam turbine.

    摘要: A method for operating a gas and steam turbine plant is provided. In the plant, the flue gas that escapes from a gas turbine is routed through a waste gas steam generator and where a flow medium that is used to drive a steam turbine is conducted in a flow medium circuit that includes several pressure stages. At least one of the pressure stages has an evaporator circuit with a steam collection drum that has a plurality of downpipes connected to the steam collection drum and a plurality of rising pipes downstream of the downpipes that are likewise connected to the steam collection drum and are heated by the flue gas in the waste heat steam generator. The height of the fluid column formed by the flow medium in the downpipes is monitored and a transient dry operation of the evaporator circuit can thus be detected and safeguarded against.
