    摘要: The invention relates to a waste-heat utilisation assembly (1) of an internal combustion engine (50), comprising a working circuit (2) that conducts a working fluid. In said working circuit (2) are arranged, in the direction of flow of the working fluid, a feed pump (6), an evaporator (10), an expansion machine (3) and a condenser (4). The evaporator (10) is also arranged in an exhaust tract (53) of said internal combustion engine (50). Between the evaporator (10) and the condenser (4), an auxiliary line (2b) is connected in parallel to the working circuit (2). According to the invention, a sub-stream evaporator (12) is arranged in the auxiliary line (2b) and a pressure sensor (14) and/or a temperature sensor (13) are also arranged in said auxiliary line (2b), said pressure sensor (14) and/or temperature sensor (13) being arranged downstream of the sub-stream evaporator (12).

    摘要: A combined cycle system where steam discharged from a water separation unit is routed through a high pressure outlet line to a set of super-heaters and discharged from the set of super-heaters through a main outlet line of a heat recovery steam generator to be introduced into the steam turbine. An attemperating line is connected between the high pressure outlet line and the main outlet line of the heat recovery steam generator to introduce a portion of steam that is discharged from the water separation unit into the steam discharged from the set of super-heaters. The pressure difference across a control valve for steam temperature remains low in low load and/or high load applications of the combined cycle system.

    摘要: A system for use in a combined cycle power plant including gas and steam turbines includes a single kettle boiler and a valve system. The valve system is operated such that feedwater from a first source passes into the kettle boiler during certain operating conditions, whereas feedwater from a second source passes into the kettle boiler during other operating conditions, wherein the first and second sources have feedwater under different pressures. Rotor cooling air extracted from a compressor section of the gas turbine is cooled with the feedwater in the kettle boiler, wherein at least a portion of the feedwater is evaporated in the kettle boiler by heat transferred to the feedwater from the rotor cooling air to create steam, wherein the valve system is operated to selectively deliver the steam to a first or second steam receiving unit depending on the operating conditions.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for achieving high efficiency in an open gas-turbine process, in which a supercharger compresses air, which is burned together with a fuel in a first combustion chamber, which is followed by a first turbine, a second combustion chamber, a second turbine, and a preheating heat exchanger, in which primary bleed water vapor coming from the secondary process, or a mixture of the aforementioned water vapor and air coming from the supercharger are preheated. From the heat exchanger the combustion gases go to a waste-heat boiler, in which the secondary-process feed water is vaporized. The combustion gases are expanded in the second turbine to a pressure 0.5 bar lower than that of the surrounding atmospheric pressure. The remaining combustion gases are compressed by a combustion-gas supercharger to the surrounding atmospheric pressure. After the low-pressure turbine the water vapor is condensed in a condenser into water, which is compressed by a pump to a maximum pressure and is preheated and vaporized in the waste-heat boiler. After the waste-heat boiler the water vapor goes to a combined high/medium-pressure turbine, from which a secondary-process primary bleed is taken, which is injected into the gas-turbine process after the preheating heat exchange after the supercharger and/or at the latest to the start of the blades of the first turbine.
