摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a diffusion bonding heat exchanger with which it is possible to reduce a thermal stress that is generated due to heat exchange between fluids significantly different from each other in temperature even in a case where the number of stacked heat transfer plates is made large. A diffusion bonding heat exchanger (100) includes a core (1) in which a plurality of heat transfer plates (HP) are stacked and diffusion-bonded to each other. The core includes a plurality of flow path blocks (40) each of which is configured to include a plurality of flow path layers (30) and a partition wall layer (50) that divides the plurality of flow path blocks. A thickness (t3) of the partition wall layer in a stacking direction is larger than an interval (t2) between flow paths arranged in the stacking direction.

摘要: A connector includes a tubular portion, a flange portion, and a first protruding portion. The tubular portion includes a first through hole and a first wall, the first wall is arranged around the first through hole, and the first wall includes a first end face that includes a first opening. The flange portion is located at an end of tubular portion in an axial direction. The flange portion includes a first side face arranged around the first wall, the flange portion further includes a second end face and a third end face which are arranged in the axial direction of the tubular portion. The first protruding portion is connected to the first wall, and the first protruding portion is located outside the first through hole in the axial direction of the tubular portion.

摘要: Examples of the disclosure relate to heat exchangers. The heat exchangers could be evaporators or condensers. The heat exchangers can comprise a plurality of structures extending from a base plate where adjacent structures are separated by at least a first distance. The heat exchangers can also comprise at least one cover plate positioned over ends of the plurality of structures so that the at least one cover plate is spaced from the ends of the plurality of structures by a second distance where the second distance is smaller than the first distance. The at least one cover plate is brazed to the plurality of structures by brazing material provided between the ends of the plurality of structures and the at least one cover plate. The brazing material is provided in a discontinuous configuration so that gaps are provided between portions of brazing material so that a brazing join is formed from brazing materials that has flowed into spacing between the at least one cover plate and the ends of the plurality of structures.

摘要: A condenser of a refrigeration cycle apparatus includes a first passage, a second passage, and a joint. The first passage connects to the compressor at a first end and is constituted of, at a second end, a first flat heat transfer tube including a plurality of passages thereof. The second passage connects to the expansion device at a first end and is constituted of, at a second end, a second flat heat transfer tube including a plurality of passages thereof. The joint joins the first flat heat transfer tube and the second flat heat transfer tube and bends a flow of the hydrofluoroolefin-based refrigerant between the first flat heat transfer tube and the second flat heat transfer tube. A length of the second passage is equal to or shorter than a length of the first passage. The joint is provided, inside thereof, with a hollow portion.
