    摘要: The invention provides a solenoid actuated valve with a plunger which moves in a sleeve under influence of a magnetic field from the solenoid and further comprising a damping device for reducing noise and wear caused by the plunger when it bounces against a top part located in the sleeve. The damping device comprises a first part which forms the limit of the travel of the plunger and another part which is allowed to move relative to the first part in a dampened movement. To enable application in a vacuum system, the damping device comprises a conduit which allows evacuation of a chamber confined between one end of the sleeve and the damping device. The invention further provides a damper for a solenoid actuated valve.

    摘要: The invention provides an assembly spring and a valve incorporating such a spring. The spring is made from a wire which extends around a longitudinal axis to form windings. The spring terminates in axially opposite end portions in first and second end windings. The end windings each has an arcuate portion wherein the wire extends around the longitudinal axis. The end windings serve to fasten the spring in a groove of an element to which the spring is being attached. The end winding further has a free end portion wherein a free wire end extends outwardly away from the longitudinal axis to form gripping means. The spring thereby facilitates easy attaching of the end winding to the element. In particular, the spring is applicable for attaching a valve element to a plunger in a valve, e.g. a servo valve.

    摘要: The invention provides a servo valve which is operable in vacuum systems and can be switched between an open and a closed state even by use of low forces. For that purpose, the valve has a closure member (4) moving between the open and a closed position under influence of a difference between a control pressure of a control chamber (13) and the pressures of the intake (2) and outlet (3), respectively. The control chamber is in constant fluid communication with the intake, and in adjustable fluid communication with the outlet to influence the control pressure mainly by the intake pressure and the outlet pressure depending on the adjustable fluid communication. The invention further provides a vacuum system with such a servo valve.
