    摘要: A compressor has a control valve that adjusts the pressure difference between a crank chamber and a cylinder bore for controlling the inclination of a drive plate. The control valve protrudes outward from the compressor housing. The compressor also has a support protruding outward from the front housing and a leg protruding outward from the cylinder block. The outer ends of the support and the leg extend further from the compressor than the furthest extremity the control valve. Therefore, when the compressor is placed on a flat surface, the support and the leg prevent the control valve from contacting the surface. This protects the control valve from damage during transport and handling.

    摘要: A compressor having a cam plate disposed in a crank chamber and mounted on a drive shaft. The cam plate is tiltable between a maximum inclined angle position and a minimum inclined angle position with respect to a plane perpendicular to an axis of the drive shaft according to a differential pressure in the crank chamber and in a cylinder bore. The cam plate varies the stroke of a piston based on an inclination thereof to control the displacement of the compressor. A supply passage connects a discharge chamber with the crank chamber to deliver the gas from the discharge chamber to the crank chamber. The supply passage has an inlet that is open in the discharge chamber. A control valve is disposed midway on the supply passage. The control valve adjusts the amount of the gas introduced into the crank chamber from the discharge chamber through the supply passage to control the pressure in the crank chamber. A filter is disposed at the inlet of the supply passage to filter the oil. The filter captures foreign matter mixed with the oil when the gas containing the oil is introduced into the supply passage from the discharge chamber.

    摘要: A swash plate type variable displacement compressor comprises cylinder bores, pistons, a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. A suction valve introduces a low pressure gas into a working chamber in each cylinder bore. A discharge valve introduces a high pressure gas in the working chamber into the discharge chamber during a compression stroke. A crank chamber communicates to each of the cylinder bores at rear sides of the pistons. A swash plate is tiltably supported on a drive shaft and connected to each of the pistons through associated rods. The swash plate makes the pistons reciprocate in response to its undulating swing motion and varies its inclination angle based upon pressure differential between pressure in the suction chamber and pressure in the crank chamber therefore adjusting discharge displacement. A gas supply passage communicates each cylinder bore to the crank chamber in order to supply gas having a lower pressure than that in the working chamber at the time of completing the compression stroke. A gas bleed passage communicates the crank chamber to the suction chamber in order to introduce gas in the crank chamber into the suction chamber. A pressure control valve is provided in the gas supply passage or the gas bleed passage to control pressure of gas in the crank chamber. A valve is provided for opening and closing the gas supply passage in the middle of the compression stroke of each of the pistons.

    摘要: An apparatus for monitoring gas dissolved in an electrically insulating oil used in an electrical apparatus comprises a sampling device connected to a tank for sampling a portion of the insulating oil from the electrical apparatus, an extracting device connected to the sampling device for extracting a volume of dissolved gas from the portion of the insulating oil in the sampling device, and a measuring device connected to the extracting device for measuring the components of the dissolved gas. All of the volume of dissolved gas is delivered from the extracting device either by pumping the oil from the tank to the extracting device to force the dissolved gas to the measuring device or by using a plate of the extracting device to force the dissolved gas therefrom. All of the volume of dissolved gas measured is exhausted from the measuring device. The portion of the insulating oil remaining in the extracting device is returned to the tank.
