    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource scheduling method, apparatus, and system. The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of communications technologies and are used to resolve a problem of resource scheduling in Device-to-Device (D2D) communication. The method includes: sending, by a first node, first control signaling to a second node, where the first control signaling includes information about a resource for second control signaling transmission and information about a resource for data transmission; and receiving, by the second node, the first control signaling sent by the first node, and sending second control signaling to a third node by using the resource for the second control signaling transmission, and sending data to the third node by using the resource for the data transmission. The resource scheduling method, apparatus, and system can be applied to a data transmission device requiring relatively high delay performance.

    Abstract: A wireless communication method, a network device, user equipment, and a system are provided. The method includes: generating, by a network device, control information, where the control information includes first indication information used to indicate a time domain resource for first transmission between user equipment and the network device, and duration of occupying a resource by one transmission of the first transmission is less than 1 millisecond; and sending, by the network device, the control information to the user equipment. The user equipment may obtain, according to the control information, the time domain resource for communicating with the network device by using the first transmission, and communicate with the network device on the obtained time domain resource. Therefore, a transmission time delay can be shortened, and user experience and radio network performance can be greatly improved.

    Abstract: This application discloses a data receiving method, which may be applied to Internet of Vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. A first terminal apparatus may receive first control information from a second terminal apparatus, then receive second control information from the second terminal apparatus based on the first control information, and further receive, based on the first control information and the second control information, data sent by the second terminal apparatus. Therefore, the second control information and the data can be received after blind detection is performed on the first control information for a relatively small quantity of times, thereby improving efficiency of receiving the second control information and the data.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method, and a distance determining method and apparatus. A first terminal device sends a first signal. A second terminal device determines whether a location of the second terminal device is a specified area. When the location of the second terminal device is the specified area, the second terminal device sends feedback information. When the location of the second terminal device is not the specified area, the second terminal device does not send feedback information or sends less feedback information. This method is applicable to communication, for example, V2X communication or D2D communication, between terminal devices on a sidelink.
