When determining that a reserved resource indicated by first SCI conflicts with a reserved resource indicated by second SCI, a first terminal device sends an RCI to a second terminal device at a determined time domain and/or frequency domain position before a conflict position; or when determining that a resource corresponding to first SCI conflicts with a resource corresponding to second SCI, a first terminal device sends an RCI to a second terminal device at a determined time domain and/or frequency domain position after a conflict position. The RCI is sent at the determined time domain and/or frequency domain position.

The method includes: A user plane network element receives, from a control plane network element, information indicating a first policy, where the first policy indicates to maintain, when the user plane is disconnected from the control plane, continuity of a service of the user plane; and the user plane network element runs the service according to the first policy. In this way, the user plane network element may be indicated in advance to maintain, when the user plane is disconnected from the control plane, the continuity of the service of the user plane network element, to avoid service disconnection and meet an application scenario having a high requirement on service continuity.

摘要: When a channel is not occupied within a first COT, a network device sends indication information to a terminal device within the first COT, where the indication information is used to indicate that the channel is not occupied within the first COT. When the channel is occupied within the first COT, the network device obtains a second COT within the first COT, and sends start information of the second COT to the terminal device. Correspondingly, when receiving the indication information, the terminal device may perform blind PDCCH detection in a first manner. If the terminal device does not receive the indication information, it indicates that the channel is occupied within the first COT, and the terminal device performs blind detection on the start information of the second COT.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention include a method and a router for packet processing during a server failure. In the present invention, a router queries a locally-stored state of a primary value-added service server, thereby immediately learning the state of the primary value-added service server, and when the queried state of the primary value-added service server is a failed state, the router may immediately forward a received request packet to a request routing server for rerouting or forward it to a backup value-added service server, thereby shortening the waiting time of a client when the client requests a video value-added service. In addition, because addresses of backup value-added service servers are stored in the router, disadvantages that client complexity increases and network security is reduced in the prior art are overcome.

In this manner, the first node only needs to store information about the another transmission path, and an intermediate node does not need to maintain a large amount of path state information and path configuration information.
