    Abstract: This application may be applied to an internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. A first terminal device obtains a first time-frequency resource, where the first time-frequency resource is used to send sidelink control information and data. The first terminal device sends, on the first time-frequency resource, a sidelink reference signal, the sidelink control information, and the data to a second terminal device, where the sidelink reference signal is used to determine a channel status of a sidelink between the first terminal device and the second terminal device. According to the sidelink reference signal transmission method provided in this application, the sidelink reference signal is carried on the time-frequency resource used to send the sidelink control information and/or the data, and is sent together with the sidelink control information and/or the data.

    Abstract: This application provides a sidelink control information sending method and a communications device. A method for sending unicast or multicast sidelink control information in V2X communication is provided. In the method, sidelink control information is divided into two parts. The first part includes resource indication information for transmitting sidelink data, and is scrambled by using a common sequence. The second part is sidelink control information other than the first part of sidelink control information, and is scrambled by using an identifier of a target communications device or a group identifier of a group to which the target communications device belongs. The target communications device can descramble the first part and the second part, and receive sidelink data in the V2X communication. Another communications device can descramble the first part obtain resource information, and can learn of resource occupation and reservation information when performing autonomous resource selection beyond network coverage.

    Abstract: Example HARQ-based transmission methods and apparatus are provided, to meet transmission requirements of different services. In one example method, a network device receives a QoS parameter that is of a service corresponding to a service request and that is delivered by a core network device. The network device determines, based on the QoS parameter of the service, a HARQ configuration parameter corresponding to the service, and notifies the HARQ configuration parameter to the terminal device. Therefore, when different services are transmitted between the network device and the terminal device, different HARQ configuration parameters are configured for different services, and data transmission and retransmission of a service are performed based on a configured HARQ configuration parameter, so that transmission requirements of different services can be met.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses example power control methods and apparatuses. One example method includes determining a transmit power of a control channel and a first data subchannel, where the control channel and the first data subchannel completely overlap in time domain and do not overlap in frequency domain. A transmit power of a second data subchannel is determined to be the same as the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel, where the second data subchannel and the control channel overlap in frequency domain and do not overlap in time domain. The control channel and the first data subchannel are sent to a second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel. The second data subchannel is sent to the second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel.
