    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a related apparatus. The method includes: generating and sending a PPDU, where the PPDU includes a first signal field, the first signal field includes a resource unit allocation subfield and at least one user field corresponding to each user, the resource unit allocation subfield indicates a frequency domain resource allocated to the user corresponding to each user field, the user corresponding to each user field includes a first user that uses joint source and channel coding, the PPDU further includes a second signal field of the first user that uses joint source and channel coding, the second signal field of the first user indicates a joint source and channel coding parameter of a source layer corresponding to the first user, and the second signal field of the first user is located on a frequency domain resource allocated to the first user.

    Abstract: A communications method and device, to reduce service interruption time and signaling overheads that are generated when an access point that provides a communication service for a station changes because the station moves or changes a direction. First frames sent by different access points in an access point set to a station include a same sending address. In this way, when the station moves or changes a direction, the access point that provides the communication service for the station changes from one access point in the access point set to another access point. Because first frames sent by access points in the access point set include a same sending address, the station may consider the access point set as one access point.

    Abstract: This application provides an information indication method and an apparatus. In this application, a sending apparatus generates and sends a first frame, the first frame includes at least one piece of sub-time resource indication information, and each piece of sub-time resource indication information is in a one-to-one correspondence with one of at least one response apparatus. In addition, each piece of sub-time resource indication information includes a time resource at which the corresponding response apparatus sends feedback information for the first frame to the sending apparatus and a time resource at which the sending apparatus sends acknowledgment information for the feedback information to the corresponding response apparatus, so that the at least one response apparatus and the sending apparatus that sends the first frame can simultaneously perform beamforming training, thereby improving effectiveness of beamforming training performed on the sending apparatus and the at least one response apparatus.
