Abstract: This application provides a feedback information sending method and apparatus and a feedback information receiving method and apparatus. A communications device to which the foregoing methods are applied sends or receives feedback information by using different feedback processes. When a network device does not determine whether a previous piece of feedback information is successfully received, the network device indicates a terminal device to send feedback information of a next piece of downlink data by using a new feedback process, and can schedule the next piece of downlink data without waiting for completion of processing of the previous piece of feedback information, thereby reducing a transmission delay.

Abstract: This application provides a system information transmission method, and a related device and system. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, a system information request sent by one or more terminals; transmitting, by the network device, system information SI, where SI transmitted for one terminal has a quasi-co-location QCL with a portion of downlink signal blocks, and the portion of downlink signal blocks are a subset of all downlink signal blocks transmitted by the network device; and sending, by the network device, first indication information, where the first indication information indicates a mapping between a downlink signal block and SI, and the downlink signal block has a QCL with the SI corresponding to the downlink signal block. The foregoing solution can reduce system overheads and improve resource utilization.

Abstract: A master information block MIB determining method and apparatus are provided. The method is: A network device sends a synchronization information block to a terminal device. At least one field in an MIB included in the synchronization information block is used to indicate whether an MIB is an MIB applied to an unlicensed frequency band. After receiving the synchronization information block from the network device, the terminal device determines, based on the field in the MIB included in the synchronization information block, that the MIB is an MIB applied to the unlicensed frequency band. In this way, the terminal device can determine, based on the at least one field in the MIB in the synchronization information block, whether the received MIB is an MIB applied to the unlicensed frequency band, to accurately access a corresponding cell subsequently.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a contention window management method applied to an unlicensed band. The method includes sending, by a sending device, one or more data packets to one or more receiving devices in one reference time unit or a plurality of reference time units, where the one or more data packets occupy a first bandwidth. The method further includes receiving, by the sending device from the one or more receiving devices, a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ or HARQs for the one or more data packets. The sending device determines a contention window (CW) size of a second bandwidth with reference to the HARQ or HARQs. The CW update based on HARQ feedback improves communication efficiency.

Abstract: This application provides a communications method, which includes: performing, by a network device, LBT on a first carrier, and determining a time offset when the LBT is completed, where the first carrier is used to send a first SS Burst Set, and the time offset is a time offset of an actual transmission time of the first SS Burst Set on the first carrier relative to a configured transmission time of the first SS Burst Set; sending, by the network device, the time offset to a terminal; and receiving, by the terminal, the time offset, and performing rate matching on the first carrier based on the time offset. Thus, the terminal may determine the actual transmission time of the first SS Burst Set based on the time offset, to perform the rate matching and accurately parse downlink data, thereby improving reliability of a communications system.

Abstract: This application discloses a communication method. The method includes: comparing, by a second transmit end device, a second bandwidth carrying at least one second service transmission and a first bandwidth, wherein the first bandwidth is used by a first transmit end device within a first specified time period on an unlicensed frequency band to complete first service transmission, the at least one second service transmission started in a remaining time period of the first specified time period after the first service transmission is completed; performing channel listening on the second bandwidth based on a result of the comparison; and performing, by the second transmit end device, the second service transmission on the second bandwidth if the second bandwidth is found to be in an idle state. In addition, a corresponding transmit end device is disclosed. This application discloses a channel listening mechanism applicable to a flexible-bandwidth scenario.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a signal transmission method, a related device, and a system. The method may include: receiving first indication information sent by a network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate an uplink resource that is allocated by the network device to a terminal in a first bandwidth; the resource indicated by the first indication information includes an integer quantity of resource blocks evenly distributed in a part or all of the first bandwidth; performing uplink transmission in a detected idle second bandwidth; and sending second indication information to the network device, where the second indication information is used to indicate the second bandwidth. This solution can support flexible bandwidth transmission, and can better adapt to a multi-bandwidth scenario supported by a next-generation new radio technology.
