Abstract: A virtual reference station switching method includes obtaining networking change information of a reference station network, obtaining prediction information based on the networking change information of the reference station network, where the prediction information includes a reference station combination used to calculate a virtual reference station of a mobile station is switched from a first reference station combination to a second reference station combination, obtaining a first virtual reference station through calculation based on the first reference station combination, and obtaining a second virtual reference station through calculation based on the second reference station combination, and providing at least one of first virtual reference station information or second virtual reference station information to the mobile station.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a traffic service obtaining method comprises: receiving a registration request sent by a first vehicle; allocating a temporary identifier to the first vehicle based on the registration request, where the temporary identifier is used to identify the first vehicle in coverage of a transport system; receiving a request message that is sent by a second vehicle and that is used to request a target traffic service; determining a first vehicle related to the target traffic service, and determining, based on a table of a correspondence, target status information required for the target traffic service; obtaining the target status information from the first vehicle, where the target status information carries the temporary identifier; and sending the target status information to the second vehicle, where the target status information is used to provide the second vehicle with the target traffic service.
