    Abstract: This application provides an artificial intelligence model download method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes: A terminal device receives model feedback information from an access network device, where the model feedback information indicates a download mode that is of a first artificial intelligence model and that is configured for the terminal device, and the download mode that is of the first artificial intelligence model and that is configured for the terminal device is a download mode supported by the terminal device. The terminal device may download the first artificial intelligence model in the download mode indicated by the model feedback information. A network device configures at least two common PUCCH resource sets for a terminal device, and sends, to the terminal device, configuration information indicating the at least two common PUCCH resource sets. After receiving the configuration information from the network device, the terminal device determines, from the at least two common PUCCH resource sets, a first PUCCH resource used to send HARQ-ACK information, and sends the HARQ-ACK information to the network device based on the first PUCCH resource. Available PUCCH frequency domain resources are able to be added for the terminal device in a same slot. PUCCH frequency domain resource collision is reduced, and a transmission delay that is increased to avoid the PUCCH frequency domain resource collision is reduced.

    Abstract: This application provides an uplink transmission resource determining method and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving first system information sent by a network device, where the first system information includes a first PUSCH resource configuration; determining whether a preset condition is met; receiving second system information sent by the network device when the preset condition is not met, where the second system information includes a second PUSCH resource configuration; and determining, based on the second PUSCH resource configuration, a parameter used for uplink transmission. In this way, a terminal may flexibly select the PUSCH resource configuration in the first system information or the PUSCH resource configuration in the second system information based on a requirement of the terminal. The second system information is received only when the preset condition is not met, to reduce information obtained by the terminal and reduce power consumption of the terminal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a random access method, an apparatus, and a system. A terminal device receives, from a network device, information about a PRACH resource set and information about one or more PUSCH resources associated with each PRACH resource in the PRACH resource set. If a first PUSCH resource associated with a valid first PRACH resource in the PRACH resource set is valid, the terminal device sends a first preamble sequence to the network device on the first PRACH resource, and sends uplink data to the network device on the first PUSCH resource. The network device receives the first preamble sequence from the terminal device on the first PRACH resource, and receives the uplink data from the terminal device on the first PUSCH resource. The first preamble sequence is a preamble sequence in a preamble sequence set associated with the first PUSCH resource.
