    摘要: Gate lines are formed on a substrate. A gate insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, an intrinsic a-Si layer, an extrinsic a-Si layer, a lower film of Cr and an upper film of Al containing metal are sequentially deposited, and the upper film and the lower film are patterned to form data lines and drain electrodes. A photoresist is formed, and the upper film is patterned using the photoresist as an etch mask to expose contact portions of the lower film of the drain electrodes. Exposed portions of the extrinsic a-Si layer and the intrinsic a-Si layer are removed, and then the photoresist and underlying portions of the extrinsic a-Si layer are removed. A passivation layer is formed and patterned along with the gate insulating layer to form contact holes exposing the contact portions of the lower film, and pixel electrodes are formed to contact the contact portions.

The LCD device includes the light-supplying module for generating a first light, a light distribution-changing module for receiving the first light and changing the optical characteristics of the first light to output a second light, and a display module for receiving the second light having improved optical characteristics, the light distribution-changing module being coupled to the light-supplying module by means of a first engaging member, the display module being coupled in the light distribution-changing module by means of a second engaging member, and the display module, light distribution-changing module and light-supplying module being coupled to each other by means of a third engaging member. Therefore, each component of the LCD device having above structure is easily separated, replaced and easily repaired.

The apparatus includes a scheduler for examining a queue depth of queues stored in a queue buffer of each of a plurality of line cards. The apparatus also includes a virtual queue manager for receiving the queue depth from the scheduler, for fragmenting the IP packet received through a backbone network, for determining priority of the line cards according to the queue depth, and also for transmitting the fragmented packet according to the priority.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display includes an insulating substrate, gate and data lines formed on the substrate to define pixel areas, or collectively a display area. Gate signal interconnection wires are formed at a corner portion of the substrate outside the display area to transmit gate electrical signals, and provided with gate signal interconnection lines and first and second gate signal interconnection pads connected to both ends of the gate signal interconnection lines. A gate insulating layer, and a protective layer are further formed on the substrate, and provided with first and second contact holes exposing the first and second gate signal interconnection pads. Gate and data signal transmission films are attached to the substrate, and provided with first and second gate signal leads and first and second gate signal wires. The first and second gate signal leads are connected to the first and second gate signal interconnection pads through the first and second contact holes. The first or the second gate signal lead completely covers the first or the second contact hole at least in the longitudinal direction of the lead.

To establish a call for a mobile station according to the QoS of the call, upon request of setup of a call requiring a QoS guarantee, a base transceiver station determines whether a channel element is available. In the presence of an available channel element, the base transceiver station determines whether a remaining bandwidth can support a data rate required to guarantee the QoS. If the data rate is supported, the base transceiver station assigns the channel element and connects its intra switch to a base station controller. Then the base transceiver station transmits a call accept response signal to the base station controller.
