摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for remotely managing an environmental control and monitoring device are provided. Remote management of an environmental control and monitoring device may be implemented by receiving, via a network, a device action including notification of at least one of an environmental, maintenance, repair or usage status of an environmental control and monitoring device. A management action is determined based on the device action, and the management action is transmitted, wherein the management action includes a command to execute an operation of the environmental control and monitoring device.

摘要: A fact repository stores objects. Each object includes a collection of facts, where a fact comprises an attribute and a value. A set of objects from the fact repository are designated for analysis. The presentation engine presents the facts of the objects in a user interface (UI) having a table. Through manipulation of the UI, an end-user can add or remove facts from the table, and sort the table based on the values of particular facts. The presentation engine also presents the facts of the objects in a UI having a graph. Through manipulation of the UI, the end-user can add or remove facts from the graph, and can sort the facts shown in the graph based on values that are shown, or not shown, in the graph. The presentation engine can further present the facts of the objects in UIs including maps and timelines.

摘要: Events can be searched by identifying a query that includes a time interval and a search component, determining a time increment associated with the time interval, and partitioning the time interval into partitions based on the time increment. For each partition, a relevance of each event in a collection of events that occur at a time in the partition is determined based on the query. A pre-determined number of the relevant events are displayed.

摘要: A content delivery network (CDN) for delivering content over the Internet is disclosed in one embodiment. The CDN is configured to deliver content for others and includes a domain resolution service (DNS) server, caching servers and an Internet interface. The DNS server receives a first domain resolution request and produces a first DNS solution, and receives a second domain resolution request and produces a second DNS solution. The first and second domain resolution requests correspond to a same domain. The caching servers correspond to a plurality of addresses. The interface receives domain resolution requests, which include the first and second domain resolution requests, and transmits DNS solutions, which include the first and second DNS solutions. The first DNS solution comprises a first plurality of addresses corresponding to at least a first subset of the plurality of caching servers, and the second DNS solution comprises a second plurality of addresses corresponding to at least a second subset of the plurality of caching servers. The first DNS solution is different from the second DNS solution in that the second subset includes an address for a caching server not in the first subset. The second subset is chosen to generally match a processing power of the first subset.

摘要: According to the invention, a delivery network for assisting delivery of content objects over an Internet is disclosed. The delivery network includes a network outlet, an interface and a routing function. The network outlet is coupled to a plurality of full-route networks, where each of the plurality of full-route networks is capable of delivering content objects to a plurality of terminal networks. The plurality of terminal networks include a terminal network, where the plurality of terminal networks are coupled to a plurality of end user computers. The interface receives content objects for delivery to the plurality of end user computers. The routing function routes content objects in at least two modes, where a first mode routes content objects based upon a first route path from the network outlet to the terminal network, and a second mode routes at least some content objects using a second route path from the network outlet to the terminal network. The first route path is chosen based upon delivery efficiency. Switching from the first mode to the second mode is triggered when at least of a portion of the first route path reaches a predetermined level of use. The first and second route paths are different, and the second route path is less efficient than the first route path.

摘要: An IC device is packaged for accelerated transient particle emission by doping the underfill thereof with a transient-particle-emitting material having a predetermined, substantially constant emission rate. The emission rate may be tunable. In one aspect, a radioactive adhesive composition is provided for bonding a semiconductor device to a chip carrier. The radioactive adhesive composition is made from a cured reaction product including a resin and a filler, and may be reworkable or non-reworkable. Either the resin or the filler, individually or both together as a mix, are doped substantially uniformly with the transient-particle-emitting material, thereby putting the transient-particle-emitting in close proximity with the IC to be tested. The underfill is formulated to have a stable chemistry, and the doped particles are encapsulated, so as to contain the emissions. Accelerated transient-particle-emission testing may then be performed on the IC in situ to provide accelerated detection of soft errors.
