摘要: A building system includes one or more storage devices having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive an unstructured user question from a user device of a user and query a graph database based on the unstructured user question to extract context associated with the unstructured user question from contextual information of a building stored by the graph database, wherein the graph database stores the contextual information of the building through nodes and edges between the nodes, wherein the nodes represent equipment, spaces, people, and events associated building and the edges represent relationships between the equipment, spaces, people, and events. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to retrieve data from one or more data sources based on the context and compose a presentation based on the retrieved data.

摘要: A method and system for adaptively configuring a remote control includes analyzing a log of events, maintained by the remote control, which indicate how the remote control and the devices it controls are used by a user. Once the analysis is performed, the system and method can suggest alternative configurations of the remote control to the user. The range and type of alternative configurations is not particularly limited and can include changing which devices are employed for various user activities and/or how those activities are performed, the placement and hierarchy of commands in a menu tree and/or troubleshooting and set up configurations. The analysis can be performed either partially or totally within the remote control, or at, or in conjunction with, a service to which the remote control connects through a network.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for stabilizing disconnection of one or more wind turbines in a wind farm connected to a power grid during one or more grid contingency events. The method includes determining, via one or more processors, a phase-locked loop error signal for each of the wind turbines based on sensor signals from the plurality of wind turbines. The method also includes comparing the phase-locked loop error signal of each wind turbine to at least one predetermined threshold for a predetermined time period. If the phase-locked loop error signal for one or more of the wind turbines comprises a positive value that exceeds the predetermined threshold for the predetermined time period, then the method includes generating a trip signal for the one or more of the wind turbines based on the phase-locked loop error signal, the positive value being indicative of system instability, wherein the trip signal is configured to disconnect the one or more wind turbines from the power grid.
