摘要： An image forming apparatus includes an image forming section that forms a composite image on a sheet, based on image data and a cut guide; an operation section to input an image forming condition; and a control unit that controls operation of each section of the apparatus. Herein, the operation section includes a cutting times number setting unit to set a number of times of cutting a sheet and cut end designating units to designate sheet ends to be cut. The control unit performs control to change each display by replacing a respective cut end designating unit, according to the number of times of cutting having been set by the cutting times number setting unit, and controls the image forming section to form the composite image on the sheet, corresponding to the ends having been designated to be cut via the cut end designating unit.

摘要： A toner conveyance device for conveying toner particles including: a toner mixing unit having a toner introducing portion to introduce toner particles, for mixing the toner particles from the toner introducing portion with air to make a toner fluid; a first conveyor for receiving the toner fluid in the toner mixing unit and conveying; a toner separation unit for separating the toner fluid conveyed by the first conveyor into air and toner particles, the toner separation unit having a toner discharging portion for discharging the separated toner particles to an outside; a second conveyor for conveying the air separated by the toner separation unit back to the toner mixing unit; and a tightly closed circulation path of air, formed starting at the toner mixing unit which leads to the toner separation unit through the first conveyor and returning back to the toner mixing unit through the second conveyor.

摘要： The objective of the present invention is to provide a relay apparatus capable of performing normal relay transmission for broadcast waves by preventing effects caused by wraparound in a relay apparatus. For broadcast waves received by a relay apparatus (2), the same broadcast data are placed in each of a defined segment (f0) and a first segment (f1) other than the defined segment, whereupon the relay apparatus removes broadcast data for the defined segment (f0) from the received broadcast waves, and transmits broadcast waves in which the broadcast data for the first segment (f1) have been exchanged with each of the defined segment (f0) and a second segment (f2) other than the defined segment and the first segment. As a result, the defined segment (f0) which imparts wraparound effects to the received broadcast waves is removed, and therefore, it is possible to perform normal relay transmission of the broadcast waves.

摘要： There is described an image forming apparatus, which forms high quality images free from a phenomenon of inter-sheet adhesion. The image forming apparatus includes a conveyance section to convey the transfer material along a conveying path; a cooling device disposed along the conveying path to cool the transfer material just after the toner image is fixed with heat; a controller-to control the conveyance section and the cooling device; and a first transfer-material detecting device disposed at a position adjacent to and upstream from the cooling device, in order to detect the transfer material coming into the conveying path. When the first transfer-material detecting device detects the transfer material coming, the controller controls the conveyance section to decelerate a conveyance velocity of the transfer material to a decelerated velocity lower than a normal conveyance velocity, so that the transfer material passes through the conveying path at the decelerated velocity.

When a printing range of the image information 60 with the register mark exceeds a printing output range representing a size of page memory 64 or a recording medium size, a warning is given to discontinue printing. Thus, erroneous reading of the register mark by the cutting machine is prevented, defective output of a recording medium from the cutting machine is reduced and printing efficiency is improved.
