The image-forming apparatus includes an image-forming section to form the toner image in a region of the fixed form size, based on the image data corresponding to the fixed form size, and to form a specific toner image in a specific region outside the fixed form size, both the region and the specific region being shared each other within a whole area of the recording medium; and a controlling section to control the image-forming section so as to form a predetermined patch image, serving as the specific toner image, in the specific region outside the fixed form size.

    摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: a sheet feeding member for feeding a recording material; an image recording member for recording an image on the recording material; a conveyance path connecting the sheet feeding member and the image recording member, along which the recording material is conveyed; a registration member which is provided in the conveyance path located at the upstream side of the image recording member in the conveyance direction for the recording material, and stops the leading edge of the recording material when being hit by the leading edge, and then, starts conveyance of the recording material; a loop forming member which is provided in the conveyance path located at the upstream side of the registration member in the conveyance direction for the recording material, and forms a loop on the recording material which is stopped by the registration member; a first driving source for driving the registration member; a second driving source for driving the loop forming member; and a drive controller for controlling the first driving source and the second driving source. The drive controller drives both the first driving source and the second driving source after the leading edge of the recording material hits the registration member.

    摘要： There is described an image forming system, which confirms a finished state of an image at any time during the implementation of the image forming job as needed. The system includes: an image forming section to respectively form images on recording materials; a stacking section to stack the recording materials continuously ejected from the image forming section; an instruction inputting section from which an operator inputs instruction information; an ejecting section to stack a part of the recording materials in such a manner that the operator can pick up stacked recording materials by hand; a controlling section to conduct controlling operations in response to the instruction information, inputted from the instruction inputting section during an implementation of an image forming job including an operation for stacking the recording materials ejected from the image forming section, in order to eject the part of the recording materials onto the ejecting section.

    摘要： When images are to be printed on two, front and lower surfaces of a sheet, in order to register the position of the image on the front surface and the position of the image on the back surface highly accurately, an image printing apparatus of this invention includes an image printing section which forms the image for the front surface of the sheet as well as an image of a reference mark on a photosensitive member at one portion in a region outside an image printing region and transfers the images onto the front surface of the sheet, a fixing unit which fixes the transferred images on the sheet, a line sensor which detects the reference mark after fixing printed on the front surface of the sheet, an arithmetic operating section which obtains a shrinkage factor of the sheet on the basis of a size of the reference mark before fixing and a size of the detected reference mark after fixing and calculates a position and magnification of the image to be printed on the back surface on the basis of the shrinkage factor, and a control section which performs control operation to print the image on the back surface of the sheet on the basis of the calculated position and the calculated magnification.
