摘要： A weight detection circuit for a load cell scale which connects an operational amplifier directly to an-output of a bridge circuit of a load cell so as to simplify a conventional differential amplifier, thereby enabling simplification of the overall weight detection circuit to result in a reduction in manufacturing cost. Furthermore, a bias resistance is connected directly to the bridge circuit for the load cell thereby also to simplify the bias circuit to lead to a further reduction in manufacturing cost.

摘要： A platform scale is provided including a plurality of component force damping devices. The platform scale for weighing an object by supporting a support member that supports the object by a plurality of load detection units includes at least four component force damping devices, each comprising a plurality of needle bearings disposed in parallel and a pair of opposed plates for sandwiching the the needle bearings, so that the pair of plates make a relative movement in a direction of the arrangement of the needle bearings. The four component force damping devices are in contact with the support member at four locations that form a rectangle. Directions of the relative movement of any two component force damping devices located at the same side of the rectangle are different, while directions of the relative movement of any two component force damping devices at diagonal locations of the rectangle are identical.

摘要： An input/output screen creating system, which creates an input/output screen to be used in a work processing system, has an object storage unit, an input/output screen creating unit, a grid display unit, and an input/output screen storage unit. The object storage unit stores a plurality of objects capable of being arranged on the input/output screen therein. The input/output screen creating unit displays a form for creating and editing the input/output screen, and accepts an input of an arrangement of the objects stored in the object on the form. The grid display unit superposes and arranges grids having the size for a two-byte or one-byte character on a canvas to be a job area on the input/output screen provided to the form. The input/output screen storage unit stores the input/output screen having the objects arranged with them being related with the grids therein.

摘要： A weighing apparatus has a scale cell and a dummy cell, both similarly structured and cantilevered. A load to be measured is applied to the free end of the scale cell and a standard weight is attached to the free end of the dummy cell. Analog electrical signals from these cells are converted to digital data. The effect of the standard weight is removed from the digital data from the dummy cell to obtain the effect of external vibrations which effect is multiplied by a suitable coefficient dependent on the applied load and subtracted from the digital data from the scale cell.

摘要： A load cell includes a strain inducing element having a fixed rigid body fixedly secured to a base support, and a plurality of transverse beams spaced one above the other and connecting the fixed and movable rigid bodies together. Each of the transverse beams has first and second strain generating areas defined therein in spaced relation to each other at respective locations adjacent the fixed and movable rigid bodies. A bridge circuit for outputting a load signal of a magnitude proportional to strains generated at the strain generating areas includes strain gauges for detecting the strains generated at the strain generating areas, adjusting elements for adjusting a balance of the bridge circuit, and lines connecting them together. A circuit portion of the bridge circuit which includes at least the strain gauge and some of the lines is formed in a predetermined pattern on one surface of the strain inducing element so as to straddle between the first and second strain generating areas. Not only is the circuit portion symmetrical with respect to a point intermediate between the first and second strain generating areas, but also the strain inducing element has left and right portions, including the fixed and movable rigid bodies, which are symmetrical to each other.

摘要： A weighing device has not only a scale cell which weighs an object and outputs a weight signal indicative of the measured weight value but also a vibration-detecting load cell for detecting the vibrations of the floor to which the scale cell is set such that the effects of the floor vibrations can be subtracted from the weight value detected by the scale cell. The vibration-detecting load cell has attenuation-adjusting members adhesively attached to strain-generating parts of its load-sensitive element such that the attenuation constant of the load cell is thereby increased at least by a factor of 2. The usable dynamic range of the load cell can thus be increased while the load cell is kept compact. Butyl rubber members can be used for this purpose.

摘要： A load sensor is made of a load-sensitive element made preferably of an aluminum alloy, a bridge circuit with strain gauges made preferably of tantalum nitride and formed on the load-sensitive element, and two operational amplifiers with their non-inversion input terminals connected respectively to the signal output terminals of the bridge circuit and their inversion input terminals connected to each other through a temperature-sensitive resistor having a positive second-order temperature coefficient and a precision resistor. The resistance values of these resistors are adjusted so as to compensate for the first-order and second-order temperature coefficients of the temperature-dependent output from the bridge circuit.

摘要： A load cell has a cantilever-type load-sensitive element with an upper beam and a lower beam, each having formed thereon a pair of strain-generating parts which generates a strain corresponding to an applied load. Only one of these two beams has an indented part formed on its surface and strain-detecting elements are attached to its bottom surface at positions corresponding to the strain-generating parts. A moisture-proof sheet is attached to the beam to completely seal the interior of this indented part to protect the strain-detecting elements from humidity and moisture.
