    摘要: There is disclosed a solid fuel boiler including: a furnace including a plurality of solid fuel burners and a furnace wall to perform horizontal firing; a duct through which a part of combustion exhaust gas recirculates to a furnace from a downstream side of the furnace; heat exchanger tubes disposed on a furnace wall and in a heat recovery area of the furnace; and recirculation gas ports via which the recirculation gas is supplied to a reducing flame portion of the burners in the furnace without combining the gas with a flame in the vicinity of an outlet of the burner, so that molten ash is prevented from firmly sticking to the furnace wall and thermal NOx, fuel NOx, and unburned carbon.

    摘要: A combustion burner includes a mixture nozzle, a gas supply nozzle, and a flow guide. The mixture nozzle extends toward an interior of a furnace, and defines a mixture passage through which a mixture containing powdered solid fuel and gas for transferring the solid fuel flows. A distal end portion of the mixture nozzle is flared so that a flow passage area of the mixture passage increases progressively in a direction of flow of the mixture. The gas supply nozzle radially surrounds the mixture nozzle to define between the gas supply nozzle and the mixture nozzle a gas passage through which a combustion oxygen-containing gas flows toward the furnace. The flow guide is provided within the mixture nozzle at a position upstream of the flared portion of the mixture nozzle with respect to a flow of the mixture so as to make the mixture flow straight along an inner peripheral surface of the flared portion of the mixture nozzle.

    摘要: In a boiler having plurality of burners arranged on a furnace wall of a furnace, each burner includes a cylindrical fuel nozzle for injecting a mixture of fuel and carrier gas therefor into the furnace; one or more cylindrical air nozzles provided on the outer circumference of the nozzle for injecting combustion air into the furnace, and a wind box for supplying combustion air to the nozzles in common. The wind box is provided with openings through which combustion air flows in from one direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the burner, and is partitioned by a partition wall to form plurality of parallel flow paths for the air flowing in through the openings. Some of the plurality of flow paths are connected to an upper part of the combustion air nozzle, and the other flow paths are connected to a lower part of the nozzle.
