摘要: A microwave oven includes: heating chamber (11) for accommodating a heating object; magnetron (12) for heating the heating object accommodated in heating chamber (11); blower (13) for cooling magnetron (12); temperature detection device (17) for detecting a temperature of magnetron (12); and a control device for controlling an output power of magnetron (12) on the basis of temperature information output from temperature detection device (17), wherein temperature detection device (17) is disposed inside cooling fin (19) of magnetron (12), and the control device controls magnetron (12) on the basis of the temperature information obtained before cooking is started, thereby reducing a temperature transfer loss of abnormal heat generated from magnetron (12) and efficiently transferring the heat.

摘要: A high-frequency heating equipment includes temperature sensor (21) that is mounted with mounting bracket (22) such that temperature sensor (21) can be pressed by a lateral face of cooling fins and an end of temperature sensor (21) points to an anode of magnetron (3). This structure allows positively preventing magnetron (3) from falling into a thermal runaway which invites a breakdown of magnetron (3), and allows determining in a reliable manner whether the operation is a no-load running or a light-load running. The high-frequency heating equipment thus achieves stable performance.

摘要: There is provided a high-frequency heating apparatus including a heating chamber that houses an object to be heated, a rotating turntable provided on a bottom surface of the heating chamber, on which the object to be heated is rotatably mounted; a high-frequency heating section (21) that heats the object to be heated which is housed in the heating chamber, a convection heater (27) for heating the heating chamber, a circulating fan (28) for supplying the heating chamber with heat of the convection heater (27) as hot air, and a grill heater (33) for heating the object to be heated, wherein the convection heater (27) and the grill heater (33) are separately disposed on an upper surface of the heating chamber, thereby allowing reduction in size of an external shape of the heating apparatus without sacrificing grill cooking performance and oven cooking performance.

Further, a steam supply mechanism for excellently maintaining a balance of supply of the heat energy to a side of a transport portion and a side of an evaporating portion and continuously generating steam at a high temperature near to 100° C. can be provided.

摘要: To realize an air guide of a radio-frequency heating apparatus that enables fixing of a lamp without use of a vis though it is made of a metal plate material. An air guide 9 made of a metal plate material is formed with two inverted-L-shaped nails 15. A holding portion 13 of a lamp 12 is hooked on the nails 15 and a waveguide holding plate 19 is brought into contact with an opposed surface of the holding portion 13 of the lamp 12. As a result, the lamp 12 can be fixed without using a vis and hence a step of fixing the lamp 12 with a vis can be eliminated. An inexpensive configuration can be realized that is free of fear that a disconnection may occur in a filament due to vibration.
