The driving mechanism is configured to drive the lens unit to move in a direction parallel to an optical axis. The damping element is connected to the pins and the lens unit. The metal structure portion is insert-molded with the plastic frame portion to form the casing. The pins are located closer to the optical axis than the other part of the metal structure portion to the optical axis.

Abstract: A lens driving apparatus includes a holder, a metal cover, a carrier, a sensing magnet, a printed circuit board, a position sensor, a coil and at least one driving magnet. The metal cover is coupled with the holder and has an opening. The carrier is assembled to a lens assembly having an optical axis, wherein the carrier is disposed in the metal cover and is movable along a direction parallel to the optical axis. The sensing magnet is coupled with the carrier. The printed circuit board is disposed near to one of the four lateral sides of the holder. The position sensor is disposed on the printed circuit board and corresponds to the sensing magnet. The coil is disposed on an outer surface of the carrier. One of the driving magnet is disposed in the metal cover and corresponds to the coil.

Abstract: An imaging lens driving module includes a lens carrier, a frame element, a driving mechanism and a metal conductive element. The lens carrier is disposed in the frame element. The driving mechanism includes a metal elastic element, a coil and a magnet assembly. The metal elastic element includes an outer fixing part coupled to the frame element, an inner fixing part coupled to the lens carrier, and an elastic part. The coil is fixed to the lens carrier and disposed corresponding to the magnet assembly. The metal conductive element is coupled to the lens carrier. The metal elastic element further includes an electrically connecting part and a compensating elastic part. The metal conductive element has a corresponsive surface corresponding to and electrically connected to the electrically connecting part. The compensating elastic part is connected to the electrically connecting part and the inner fixing part.

Abstract: An imaging lens module with auto focus function includes an imaging lens assembly, an electromagnetic driving component assembly and a lens carrier. The imaging lens assembly has an optical axis. The electromagnetic driving component assembly drives the imaging lens assembly to move in a direction parallel to the optical axis by a Lorentz force. The imaging lens assembly is mounted to the lens carrier such that the imaging lens assembly can be wholly driven by the Lorentz force. The lens carrier includes an object-side part, a mounting structure and a plurality of plate portions. The object-side part includes a tip-end minimal aperture configured for light to travel through; and a tapered surface which surrounds an area tapered off from image side to object side. The mounting structure and the plate portions are configured for at least a part of the electromagnetic driving component assembly to be mounted thereto.

Abstract: A camera module includes a housing, a unitary element, an optical lens assembly, an image-side light blocking assembly and a driving device. The unitary element is one-piece formed from a lens carrier and a lens barrel and movably disposed in the housing. The optical lens assembly is disposed in the unitary element. The image-side light blocking assembly includes at least one light blocking sheet, and the image-side light blocking assembly does not contact the optical lens assembly. The driving device is disposed between the housing and the unitary element. The driving device drives the unitary element, the optical lens assembly and the image-side light blocking assembly to move in an optical axis direction parallel to an optical axis of the optical lens assembly by electromagnetic force. A minimal inner opening of the unitary element is located between the optical lens assembly and the image-side light blocking assembly.
