Abstract: Provided is a condensate water trap for a gas furnace that collects and discharges condensate water produced in a heat exchanger and an exhaust pipe. The condensate water trap includes: a first inlet through which the condensate water produced in the heat exchanger is introduced; a second inlet through which the condensate water produced in the exhaust pipe is introduced; a first flow path through which the condensate water coming from the first inlet passes; a second flow path through which the condensate water coming from the second inlet passes; an outlet through which the condensate water introduced through the first and second inlets is discharged; a third flow path into which the residual condensate water passed through at least one of the first and second flow paths but not discharged through the outlet is introduced; and a sensing mechanism that senses if the amount of residual condensate water introduced into the third flow path is greater than or equal to a given amount.

Abstract: A gas furnace includes a mixing pipe through which a mixture formed by mixing fuel gas and air flows; a burner assembly that generates combustion gas by burning the mixture that passed through the mixing pipe; and a heat exchanger through which the combustion gas flows. In this case, the burner assembly includes a burner in which flame generated when the mixture is burned is seated; and a mixing chamber that mediates delivery of the mixture from the mixing pipe to the burner, thereby significantly reducing NOx emission.

Abstract: A method of controlling a ceiling type air conditioner including a panel located on a ceiling surface, outlets formed to correspond to four sides of the panel, and first to fourth discharge vanes for opening and closing the outlets, and each of the first to fourth discharge vanes including an upper discharge vane and a lower discharge vane located below the upper discharge vane and rotating along with the upper discharge vane includes performing first operation, performing second operation, performing third operation, and performing fourth operation in which the first discharge vane rotates in the second angle group, the second discharge vane rotates in the third angle group, the third discharge vane rotates in the fourth angle group and the fourth discharge vane rotates in the first angle group. The first to the fourth angle groups are set such that rotation angles of the discharge vanes have different ranges.

Abstract: A method of controlling a ceiling type air conditioner including a panel, a first vane group, and a second vane group, and each of the first and second vane groups including an upper discharge vane and a lower discharge vane includes performing first mixing operation in which the first vane group guides air in a direction close to the ceiling surface to form horizontal airflow and the second vane group guides air in a direction close to a floor surface to form vertical airflow, determining whether swing operation of continuously rotating the first vane group and the second vane group or fixing operation in which the first vane group and the second vane group are located at the same angle is performed, and performing second mixing operation in which the first vane group forms the vertical airflow and the second vane group forms the horizontal airflow.
