摘要: Disclosed is a gas furnace including a mixer configured to mix air and fuel gas introduced from an intake pipe and a manifold respectively so as to produce an air-fuel mixture, a mixing pipe configured to allow the air-fuel mixture having passed through the mixer to flow therein, a burner assembly configured to combust the air-fuel mixture having passed through the mixing pipe so as to generate combustion gas, heat exchangers configured to allow the combustion gas to flow therein, an exhaust pipe configured to discharge exhaust gas, which is the combustion gas having passed through the heat exchangers, to the outside. The gas furnace further includes a recirculator installed around the exhaust pipe and configured to guide a portion of the exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust pipe to the mixer, and may thus greatly reduce or fundamentally block NOx emissions.

摘要: According to an embodiment, a burner system includes a pilot burner disposed in a furnace at a distal position along a main fuel and combustion air flow axis, and one or more main fuel nozzles disposed at a proximal position along the main fuel and combustion air flow axis. The pilot burner is configured to support a pilot flame and the one or more main fuel nozzles are configured to support a main flame in contact with the pilot flame. The pilot burner is disposed to cause the main fuel and combustion air to be ignited by the pilot flame. The pilot burner may support a diffusion pilot flame or may include a premixing apparatus to support a pre-mixed flame.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a smoke tube boiler which can prevent leakage of mixed gas and exhaust gas through a gap between a mix chamber and an ignition bar assembly. To this end, the smoke tube boiler according to the present invention comprises: a mix chamber having a mixing space, in which a combustion gas and air are mixed, and a flat plate type burner, the mix chamber being disposed on the upper side of a combustion chamber; an ignition bar assembly assembled to pass through one side of the mix chamber and extending across the upper portion of the combustion chamber to the lower side of the flat plate type burner; and a sealing means for preventing the mixed gas in the mixing space and an exhaust gas in the combustion chamber from leaking to the outside through a gap between the mix chamber and the ignition bar assembly.

摘要: A finely distributed combustion system for a gas turbine engine is provided. A combustor body may extend along a longitudinal axis. A premixer space may be formed within the combustor body to premix air and fuel. The premixer space is in communication with an array of finely distributed perforations arranged in a wall of the combustor body to eject an array of premixed main flamelets throughout a contour of the combustor body between the upstream base of the combustor body and the downstream base of the combustor body. The array of finely distributed perforations—potentially comprising thousands or even hundreds of thousands of perforations spatially distributed on a miniaturized scale—for ejecting the premixed main flamelets is technically advantageous compared to conventional distributed combustion systems, where injection of relatively longer main flames occurs just at a few discrete axial locations.

摘要: The hydrogen gas burner has a first pipe extendable into an oven chamber, having a plurality of through-holes in a sidewall thereof, fluidly communicating an interior of the first pipe with an exterior thereof. A combination gas valve and pressure regulator is connected to an inlet of the first pipe and fluidly connects a hydrogen gas source with the first pipe, such that the hydrogen gas flows into the first pipe and exits therefrom through the through-holes. An igniter ignites and initiates combustion of the exiting hydrogen gas. A second pipe is extendable into the oven chamber, having apertures in the sidewall thereof fluidly communicating an interior of the second pipe with an exterior thereof. The second pipe fluidly connects at an inlet thereof with an air source, whereby the air flows into the second pipe from the inlet thereof and exits out of the second pipe through the apertures.
