    摘要: In a method of producing molten pig iron (9) or steel pre-products from lump ore which in at least one reduction zone is reduced to partially and/or completely reduced sponge iron (4) in a shaft furnace, the sponge iron (4) is melted down in a melt-down gasifying zone (8) of a melter gasifier (1) under supply of carbon-containing material (2) and oxygen and while simultaneously forming a reducing gas. To ensure that there will be a specific gap volume in the bed (13) of solid carbon carriers (2) even when charging fine-particle sponge iron (14) and hence that the bed (13) of solid carbon carriers (2) will be thoroughly flown through by gas, at least the sponge iron (4) is charged to the melt-down gasifying zone (8) discontinually, under formation of areas (14) of piled-up sponge iron which are embedded in the bed (13) of carbon carriers (2) and which are superposed and which are separated by solid carbon carriers (2), wherein each of the areas (14) of piled-up sponge iron while sparing a cross section zone (15) of the melt-down gasifying zone (8) extends over the cross section of the same and wherein the reducing gas forming the melt-down gasifying zone (8) flows past the areas (14) of piled-up sponge iron under melting of the same and upwards through the cross section zones (15) that are free from sponge iron and formed from carbon carriers (2), and flows through these zones.

    摘要: A process for generating electrical energy in a gas and steam turbine (combined cycle) power generating plant with a gasification gas produced from carbon carriers and oxygen-containing gas. Carbon carriers are gasified in a gassing zone with oxygen or a gas containing a large amount of oxygen. Gasification gas produced is passed through a desulfurizing zone containing a desulfurizing agent. Used desulfurizing agent is fed into the gassing zone and drawn off after the formation of a liquid slag. Desulfurized gasification gas is burned in a combustion chamber. The resulting combustion gases H2O and CO2 are introduced into the gas turbine for energy generation. Downstream of the gas turbine, the combustion gases are separated in a steam boiler into water vapor and carbon dioxide. The water vapor is subsequently introduced into a steam turbine. The carbon dioxide is at least partially returned to the combustion chamber for setting the temperature.

    摘要: In a process for the production of molten pig iron or molten steel pre-products and sponge iron from charging materials consisting of iron ore and, if desired, fluxes, direct reduction of the charging materials to sponge iron is carried out in a fixed-bed reduction zone, the sponge iron is melted in a meltdown gasifying zone under supply of carbon carriers as well as an oxygen-containing gas and a CO- and H.sub.2 -containing reducing gas is produced which is fed to the reduction zone, is reacted there and is drawn off as an export gas, and the drawn-off export gas is subjected to CO.sub.2 elimination and for the production of sponge iron is along with part of the reducing gas formed in the meltdown gasifying zone as an at least largely CO.sub.2 free reducing gas conveyed to a further reduction zone for the direct reduction of iron ore. In order to save investment costs incurred for the plant and to increase productivity, part of the reducing gas produced in the meltdown gasifying zone is branched off and fed to the further reduction zone while avoiding CO.sub.2 elimination.
