摘要： Described herein are circuits and methods enabling a user to view 3D video using shutter glasses. The shutter glasses can wirelessly receive a video synchronization signal to synchronize the timing of a shutter operation with the timing of displayed video. A self-timing signal can be generated based on a measured period of the video synchronization signal. A low-power mode of operation can be entered for a period of time in which reception of the video synchronization signal is disabled and the shutter operation is controlled based on the self-timing signal.

摘要： An image processing apparatus includes: a depth information extraction means for extracting depth information from an input 3D image; a luminance extraction means for extracting luminance components of the 3D image; a contrast extraction means for extracting contrast components of the 3D image based on the luminance components; a storage means for storing a performance function indicating relation between the contrast components and depth amounts subjectively perceived, which is determined based on visual sense characteristics of human beings; and a contrast adjustment means for calculating present depth amounts of the inputted 3D image from the contrast components based on the performance function with respect to at least one of a near side region and a deep side region of the inputted 3D image which are determined from the depth information and adjusting contrast components of the inputted 3D image based on the calculated present depth amounts and a set depth adjustment amount.

摘要： An imaging method, a recording medium, and a program which are capable of processing imaging data of a high rate in a manner similar to that of a normal frame rate. Image data captured by a solid-state imaging element capable of performing imaging at a high resolution and a high frame rate is supplied to a memory control unit. The memory control unit, at the same time as writing the imaging data input from the imaging element in a frame memory, reads preceding frames of imaging data that are recorded on the frame memory, and sequentially respectively outputs them in parallel, as video image data items for each frame, to respective camera signal processing units. Then, in the camera signal processing units, a video output unit, a viewfinder output unit, codec units, and recording units, processing similar to that in the case of a frame rate that is ¼ the imaging frame rate is executed.
