摘要: A shield shell unit includes a shield shell that is attached to an end portion of a shield member for covering a wire, and an attached portion that is attached to the shield shell. The shield shell includes a shell main body, and a fixing portion which projects from the shell main body and is mounted on the attached portion in a direction of intersecting with a direction of attaching the shield shell to the attached portion when the shield shell is attached to the attached portion. The fixing portion and the attached portion have holes which are communicated with each other for passing a screw member therethrough when the fixing portion is mounted on the attached portion.

摘要: A shield connector 40 includes terminal-equipped wires 13 each having a terminal 31 connected to an end portion of its wire 30, a housing 11 receiving the terminals 31 of the terminal-equipped wires 13, a shielding shell 12 mounted on the housing 11, and waterproof plugs 41 each mounted at least on the terminal 31 of the corresponding terminal-equipped wire 13 and the end portion of the wire 30 at a region between the housing 11 and the shielding shell 12. The shielding shell 12 has wire passage holes 26 and 27 formed in a rear face thereof, and the wires 30 led out from the housing 11 disposed on a front face of the shielding shell pass through the respective wire passage holes. Each waterproof plug 41 includes a waterproof plug body 42 disposed at least around a periphery of the terminal 31 and a periphery of the end portion of the wire 30, and a resin member 43 embedded in the waterproof plug body 42. The waterproof plug body 42 abuts against that portion of the front face of the shielding shell 12 defining an edge portion of the wire passage hole 26, 27, and the resin member 43 is disposed to extend at least in an axial direction of the waterproof plug body 42, and passes through the wire passage hole 26, 27 to extend rearwardly from the shielding shell 12.

The shield plate has a first portion extending along the side surface and closing the opening, a second portion extending along the top surface, and a bent portion positioned between the first portion and the second portion and bent at a second angle being smaller than the first angle. The bolt fastens the case and the second portion of the shield plate.

摘要: A connector housing body has a terminal receiving chamber. A projecting terminal has a terminal base received in the terminal receiving chamber and a projecting portion projecting from the housing body. A front body covers the projecting portion of the terminal. The front body has the terminal insertion hole through which the projecting portion of the terminal is extended. L locking means are provided in the housing body and the front body for finally locking the front body to the housing body at a final locking position where the projecting portion of the terminal is extended from the insertion hole. The locking means preliminarily locks the front body at the preliminary locking position where a leading end of the projecting portion of the terminal is positioned with a less distance from the front body than at the final locking position. At the preliminary locking position, the projecting portion of the terminal is not extended from the terminal insertion hole of the front body. Even when the projecting portion of the projecting terminal a little extends from the front body, the extended length is smaller than at the final locking position.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a proton conducting polymer membrane that has excellent mechanical properties and high methanol barrier properties, in addition to high proton conductivity, and is useful as an electrolyte in polymer electrolyte fuel cells and direct methanol fuel cells. The present invention provides a proton conducting polymer membrane having a product of a proton conductivity at 23° C. and a methanol barrier coefficient at 25° C. in an aqueous methanol solution of a specified concentration being a specified value or more. The present invention also provides a proton conducting polymer membrane having an ion exchange capacity of 0.3 milli-equivalent/g or more, and having a crystalline phase.
