摘要： There is provided a method of manufacturing a shielded connector which includes: a terminal-attached wire; a housing containing the terminal of the terminal-attached wire; a shielded shell integrated to the housing; a knitted conductor mounted to the wire; and a shield ring interposing the knitted conductor between the shield ring and the shielded shell so that the knitted conductor is electrically connected to the shielded shell. The method includes: inserting, into the shielded shell, a single core having a stepped portion formed in a opposed drawing direction; bringing a contact portion formed at the shielded shell into contact with the core; covering the shield ring on the shielded shell via the knitted conductor; and calking the shield ring, the knitted conductor, and the shielded shell from outer side of the shield ring to form, on the shielded shell, a calk-deformed portion contained into the stepped portion of the core.

摘要： A connector connection structure includes: a case having a side surface and a top surface, respectively extending in directions crossing each other at a first angle, and an opening; a connector terminal portion inserted into the case from the opening; a shield plate closing the opening; a bolt fastening the case and the shield plate; and a terminal block arranged in the case and connected to the connector terminal portion. The shield plate has a first portion extending along the side surface and closing the opening, a second portion extending along the top surface, and a bent portion positioned between the first portion and the second portion and bent at a second angle being smaller than the first angle. The bolt fastens the case and the second portion of the shield plate.

摘要： A shield connector 40 includes terminal-equipped wires 13 each having a terminal 31 connected to an end portion of its wire 30, a housing 11 receiving the terminals 31 of the terminal-equipped wires 13, a shielding shell 12 mounted on the housing 11, and waterproof plugs 41 each mounted at least on the terminal 31 of the corresponding terminal-equipped wire 13 and the end portion of the wire 30 at a region between the housing 11 and the shielding shell 12. The shielding shell 12 has wire passage holes 26 and 27 formed in a rear face thereof, and the wires 30 led out from the housing 11 disposed on a front face of the shielding shell pass through the respective wire passage holes. Each waterproof plug 41 includes a waterproof plug body 42 disposed at least around a periphery of the terminal 31 and a periphery of the end portion of the wire 30, and a resin member 43 embedded in the waterproof plug body 42. The waterproof plug body 42 abuts against that portion of the front face of the shielding shell 12 defining an edge portion of the wire passage hole 26, 27, and the resin member 43 is disposed to extend at least in an axial direction of the waterproof plug body 42, and passes through the wire passage hole 26, 27 to extend rearwardly from the shielding shell 12.

The shield shell includes a shell main body, and a fixing portion which projects from the shell main body and is mounted on the attached portion in a direction of intersecting with a direction of attaching the shield shell to the attached portion when the shield shell is attached to the attached portion. The fixing portion and the attached portion have holes which are communicated with each other for passing a screw member therethrough when the fixing portion is mounted on the attached portion.

The water seal plug 1 includes integrally a rubber water seal member 3 and a resin member 2 made of synthetic resin. The water seal member 3 includes a cylindrical main body 30 and an outer lip 31 abutting on an inner surface of the terminal receiving section 41, and a plurality of inner lips 32a, 32b, 32c abutting on an outer surface of the electric wire 6. A first inner lip 32a at the nearest position to the terminal 5 is formed to have a lower projecting height then that of the second inner lip 32b and the third inner lip 32c.
