    摘要: A liquefied gas tank includes an inner tank (2) that stores liquefied gas and is disposed so as to be capable of self-standing on a floor surface (F), and an outer tank (3) that is covered over the inner tank (2) and is supported by an upper face portion (2a) of the inner tank (2). The outer tank (3) is configured to be capable of sliding on the upper face portion (2a) of the inner tank (2) in response to expansion and contraction in the horizontal direction of the inner tank (2), and to be capable of moving in response to expansion and contraction in the vertical direction of the inner tank (2). A ceiling portion (3a) of the outer tank (3) that is placed on the upper face portion (2a) of the inner tank (2) is not fixed to the upper face portion (2a) of the inner tank (2), and the inner tank (2) and the outer tank (3) are configured to be capable of sliding in the horizontal direction relative to each other. The outer tank (3) includes an expansion and contraction mechanism portion (33) that is disposed along the lower outer circumference thereof.

    摘要: A downsized fixing structure for fixing a metal plate and a bolt to a synthetic resin member which can prevent an upper surface of the metal plate from being covered by a resin, is provided. The fixing structure includes: a bus bar, i.e. the metal plate; the bolt having the head portion and the shank portion passed through a through hole provided at the bus bar; and a housing 9, i.e. the synthetic resin member, to which the bus bar and the bolt are fixed. Fixing portions projecting from a surface of the head portion of the bolt adjacent to the shank portion of the bolt are arranged to penetrate into the metal plate to be fixed thereto. A circumferential surface of the head portion of the bolt is knurled. The head portion is formed together with the housing by insert molding.

    摘要: A downsized fixing structure for fixing a metal plate and a bolt to a synthetic resin member which can prevent an upper surface of the metal plate from being covered by a resin, is provided. The fixing structure includes: a bus bar, i.e. the metal plate; the bolt having the head portion and the shank portion passed through a through hole provided at the bus bar; and a housing 9, i.e. the synthetic resin member, to which the bus bar and the bolt are fixed. Fixing portions projecting from a surface of the head portion of the bolt adjacent to the shank portion of the bolt are arranged to penetrate into the metal plate to be fixed thereto. A circumferential surface of the head portion of the bolt is knurled. The head portion is formed together with the housing by insert molding.

    摘要: There is provided a method of manufacturing a shielded connector which includes: a terminal-attached wire; a housing containing the terminal of the terminal-attached wire; a shielded shell integrated to the housing; a knitted conductor mounted to the wire; and a shield ring interposing the knitted conductor between the shield ring and the shielded shell so that the knitted conductor is electrically connected to the shielded shell. The method includes: inserting, into the shielded shell, a single core having a stepped portion formed in a opposed drawing direction; bringing a contact portion formed at the shielded shell into contact with the core; covering the shield ring on the shielded shell via the knitted conductor; and calking the shield ring, the knitted conductor, and the shielded shell from outer side of the shield ring to form, on the shielded shell, a calk-deformed portion contained into the stepped portion of the core.

    摘要: In a structure of fitting female and male connectors together, the female connector includes a female housing, and a female adapter which is provided on the female housing, and has a guide groove, and is fitted on a fitting portion provided at the male connector. The male connector includes a guide rib which is formed at the fitting portion, and is engageable in the guide groove. The female adapter can be rotated relative to the female housing to be placed at any of a plurality predetermined angular positions arranged with a fixed interval, and can be attached to the female housing. Only when the female adapter is rotated into a preselected one of the plurality predetermined angular positions, and is attached to the female housing of the female connector, the guide rib can be fitted in the guide groove, thereby allowing the female and male connectors to be fitted together.
