Abstract:
The rewinding machine includes a winding system and a path for feeding a web material towards said the winding system. Along the feed path at least one suction member is positioned to temporarily obstruct feeding of the web material and cause interruption thereof at the end of winding of each log.
Abstract:
The machine for producing tubes includes a winding spindle, around which strips of weblike material are wound to form the tube, which is made to advance along the spindle; a device for supply and winding of the strips around the spindle, and at least one knife for cutting lengths of the tube being formed. The knife is provided with a reciprocating movement parallel to the spindle. There is moreover envisaged a counter-knife within the tube being formed, provided with a movement of translation synchronized to the movement of translation of the knife. The counter-knife is magnetically constrained to a mover member, which transmits the motion to the counter-knife.
Abstract:
A core winder is disclosed for forming tubes from at least one helically wound strip of web material, including: a spindle, about which the strip or strips of web material are wound; a forming unit including a belt entrained about at least two pulleys, at least one of which is motorized. The belt forms a loop about the forming spindle. The belt has a front face provided with a toothing cooperating with one of the pulleys, which is also toothed.
Abstract:
A rewinding machine including a winding system and a feed path for a web material towards the winding system is described. Positioned along the feed path is at least one air jet severing member to cause severing of the web material after winding of each log has terminated.
Abstract:
The folding machine comprises; a pair of counter-rotating folding cylinders (1, 3), each provided with at least one gripping member (43) to fold a continuous web material (N) in a zigzag manner; and a cutting member (60) disposed in front of the folding cylinders to cut the zigzag folded web material and divide it into two piles (M) of folded articles. Each gripping member is a suction member which retains the web material by suction at the level of the respective folding line.
Abstract:
The embossing device comprises at least one embossing roller (3) and at least one counter-roller (5) cooperating with said embossing roller. The embossing roller comprises an interchangeable sleeve (19) which can be constrained to two heads (13, 15) which engage the sleeve at the ends thereof.
Abstract:
The interchangeable sleeve comprises: a substantially cylindrical outer surface (105A); a layer of hardened resin (R); a substantially conical inner surface for connection to a conical central core of the roller. The inner surface is formed at least partially of at least one inner component (102) having greater rigidity than said hardened resin. The inner component is constrained to the sleeve by means of said hardened resin.
Abstract:
The storage unit comprises at least two flexible members (55), equipped with supports (57) for the products to be stored, extending and moving along respective parallel paths defined by a plurality of driving wheels (59, 63). The supports (57) project laterally in respect of the relative flexible member. In each of the paths, in proximity to at least one driving wheel, a transfer member (71) is positioned to receive the products from the supports located on a branch (55A) of the respective flexible member upstream of said driving wheel and transfer them to the supports located on a branch (55B) of said flexible member downstream of said driving wheel in respect of the direction of feed of the flexible members along the respective paths, so that the products follow a trajectory that by-passes said driving wheel.
Abstract:
The rewinding machine comprises: winding elements (1, 3, 5) to wind the web material (N) and form the logs (L1, L2); at least a first glue dispenser (31B) to apply a first glue (C2) to a portion of said web material, in proximity to a severing line, along which the web material is severed upon termination of winding a log. The first glue dispenser comprises a mechanical element (31B) that touches the web material (N) upon termination of winding each log (L1, L2), to transfer the first glue to the web material (N).
Abstract:
A storage unit for temporary storage of products is described, including at least one flexible member (55), provided with supports (57) for said products, extending and moving along a path defined by a plurality of driving wheels (59, 63), including at least two substantially parallel branches. At least one guiding sliding block (201) is disposed between said two branches, in contact therewith.
