摘要： A separation unit for separating a web material along preformed lines of weakness. The separation unit has a width direction and includes a first roller having a rotational axis extending in the width direction and a web width extending in the width direction, and a second roller having a rotational axis extending parallel with the rotational axis of the first roller and a web width extending in the width direction. The second roller is positioned at a distance from the first roller. Each of the first and the second rollers is provided with a plurality of protrusion elements being spaced along the rotational axes and protruding perpendicular from the axes. Each of the protrusion elements has a maximum width in the width direction, a maximum radial extension from the rotational axes, an inner portion adjacent to the rotational axes, and an outer portion remote from the rotational axes.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of stacking individual sheets and a stacking machine for handling individual sheets, the stacking machine comprising a frame assembly (13) including support columns (711, 811) for supporting the delivery station (70), the transfer station (80) and the elevation station (82). The delivery station has a delivery table and the transfer station including a handling arm (85) is movable from a first position above the delivery table to a second position above the elevation station. The handling arm includes a holding member (86) for contacting the sheets individually and transferring the sheets individually from the delivery table to the elevation station and releasing the sheets individually at the elevation station. The elevation station has a platform for collecting the individual sheets and the platform is moved vertically from a first level to a second level for allowing the sheets to be stacked on top of the one another.

摘要： A separation device is usable for separating portions of a material web. The separation device has at least one front clamping device, with at least one front clamping point, and at least one rear clamping device, with at least one rear clamping point, and at least one first stretching element. The separation device can be switched between at least one traversing mode and at least one separation mode by the movement of at least the at least one first stretching device between at least one first traversing position and at least one first separation position. A transport line is the shortest connection between the at least one front clamping point and the at least one rear clamping point, that connection line completely on a vertical reference plane and traversing or running at a tangent to any component of the separation device on the respective same side as one of a transport path provided for the material web and the portions to be separated. The transport line, in the at least one separation mode, is 2 mm longer than in the at least one traversing mode and has the smallest radius of curvature in the at least one separation mode of at least 0.05 mm. A first reference plane and a second reference plane are mutually spaced apart in an axial direction and a first transport line, lying on the first reference plane, and a second transport line, lying on the second reference plane, have different lengths when the first stretching element is located in the at least one first separation position.
