Abstract: An information processing system includes: an information acquisition unit that acquires patient information indicating a state of a patient who has visited a first institution or who has been examined by a person associated with the first institution; a determination unit that determines whether or not the patient information satisfies at least one of predetermined determination conditions; and a processing control unit that, when the patient information satisfies at least one of the determination conditions, performs a process for matching a second institution included in setting-origin institutions associated with the satisfied determination condition with the patient. Each of the predetermined determination conditions is a condition for determining whether a suspicion of a predetermined disease is correct or not, and is associated with a setting-origin institution that has set that determination condition.

Abstract: A Machine Type Communication Inter Working Function (MTC-IWF) entity (1) includes a trigger controller (11) and a notification service controller (12). The trigger controller (11) controls a device trigger of an MTC device (3) requested from an SCS entity (2). The notification service controller (12) is configured to send, to the SCS entity (2), a subscription request for a notification service including providing a PLMN (5) with management information which is collected outside (4) the PLMN (5) regarding the MTC device (3), and receive, from the SCS entity, a message containing the management information (2) when the subscription request has been accepted. Accordingly, it is possible to contribute to, for example, improvement in collaborative and cooperative operations between the PLMN and an M2M service layer.

Abstract: An estimation unit of a visual object tracking apparatus estimates a plurality of estimated bounding boxes and estimated object IDs respectively corresponding to the estimated bounding boxes based on a plurality of predicted bounding boxes and a plurality of detected bounding boxes. For example, the “detected bounding boxes” are “bounding boxes (bounded areas)” detected by a detector in each of a plurality of frames in a time series such as moving images. The “bounding box” is a frame surrounding an image of an object detected in a frame. For example, the “predicted bounding box” is a “bounding box” predicted by a predictor based on an estimated bounding box(es) estimated for one or a plurality of frames in the past.

Abstract: A control apparatus (40) determines a control value to be supplied to a node (604) in a communication network so as to achieve a setpoint of Quality of Service (QoS) performance required by a traffic flow transferred through the communication network. This control value causes the node (604) to adjust allocation of network resources to the traffic flow. The control apparatus (40) corrects the control value to be supplied to the node (604) on the basis of a control delay between the control apparatus (40) and the node (604) and on the basis of a trend in changes in a traffic-related parameter. It is thus, for example, possible to contribute to stabilizing control for guaranteeing QoS performance required by a traffic flow even when there is a non-negligible control delay.

Abstract: A radio access network node (2) reduces a priority parameter of at least one control logical channel of a radio terminal (1), used for transmission of a control message between the radio access network node (2) and the radio terminal (1), from its initial value in response to a predetermined event. The priority parameter affects priority handling among logical channels of the radio terminal (1) performed in at least one of the radio access network node (2) and the radio terminal (1). The logical channels include the at least one control logical channel and at least one data logical channel used for transmission of user data of the radio terminal (1). It is thus, for example, possible to enable a base station or a radio terminal to change behavior for resource allocation for U-plane traffic and C-plane traffic.
