摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor with excellent electrostatic capacitance and reduced dispersion of capabilities by treating the surface of a chemically formed aluminum film to form a dielectric film which is in contact an electrically conducting substance provided thereon with sufficiently high adhesion. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing the solid electrolytic capacitor, which includes providing an organic electrically conducting polymer as a solid electrolyte on a chemically formed aluminum substrate having thereon an aluminum oxide dielectric film, where a chemically formed aluminum substrate, which was cut into a predetermined shape, is treated with an aqueous acid solution to dissolve a part of the dielectric film on the substrate surface. The present invention also provides an aluminum solid electrolytic capacitor obtained by the method, and a chemically formed aluminum substrate for aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors.

摘要： Disclosed are a solid electrolytic capacitor comprising a valve-acting metal, an oxide dielectric layer formed on a surface of the valve-acting metal and a solid electrolyte layer provided on the dielectric film layer, in which the electrically conducting polymer composition layer contains as a dopant at least one anion selected from (1) an alkoxy-substituted naphthalene monosulfonate anion, (2) a heterocyclic sulfonate anion, and (3) an anion of an aliphatic polycyclic compound or a combination thereof with another anion having a dopant ability and a method for producing such a solid electrolytic capacitor. The solid electrolytic capacitor of the invention is excellent in voltage resistance, high frequency property, tan &dgr;, leakage current, heat resistance (reflow property), etc.

摘要： The present invention provides a solid electrolytic multilayer capacitor excellent in yield and capability, and provides a monolayer capacitor element for use in the manufacture of the solid electrolytic multilayer capacitor. In the multilayer solid electrolyte capacitor of the present invention, a solid electrolytic multilayer capacitor 25 in which a plurality of monolayer capacitor elements 7 are stacked such that the anode areas 11 aligned in the same direction are stacked and bonded onto a lead frame 9 on the anode side and the cathode areas are stacked and bonded onto a lead frame 8 on the cathode side so as to have an unfolded fan shape widening toward the distal end of the cathode area from the anode area 11 side, to provide a multilayer capacitor element 19 and the periphery of the multilayer capacitor element 19 that are covered and sealed with an armoring resin 23. The monolayer capacitor element 7 preferably has a constitution such that the end part of the anode substrate 1 having thereon a dielectric oxide layer 2 worked out to an anode area 11, the cathode area 6 is formed by providing a solid electrolyte layer 4 on the dielectric oxide layer 2 in the area exclusive of the anode area 11 and an electrically conducting layers 5 and 6 on the solid electrolyte layer 4, and the thickness S2 at the distal end of the cathode area is larger than the thickness S1 at the base part of the cathode area.

摘要： A surface acoustic wave device for propagating a surface acoustic wave having input and output transducers and a multistrip coupler formed on the surface of a substrate. The input and output transducers each have two opposite electrodes having a plurality of electrode fingers extending toward their opposites and meshing with the electrode fingers of their opposites. The multistrip coupler has strip lines of a configuration wherein portions of at least some of the coupler strip lines are more widely spaced from adjacent patterns than other portions of the coupler strip lines. The width of these more widely spaced portions of at least one of the coupler strip lines which are more widely spaced from adjacent patterns is made larger than the width of the other portions of the at least one coupler strip line to compensate for the thinning effect of the lithography process. In one preferred embodiment, the portion of the at least one coupler strip line whose width is made larger is positioned so that it is not adjacent to the pattern of the input or output transducers.
