Abstract: Disclosed are methods for power control on negative acknowledgement transmission. An example method may include receiving at a terminal device from a network device, at least one parameter relating to a transmit power for transmission of a negative acknowledgement from the terminal device to the network device on a hybrid automatic repeat request process, wherein the negative acknowledgement may indicate a request for a retransmission of a packet sent from the network device to the terminal device on the hybrid automatic repeat request process, determining at least one missed negative acknowledgement, wherein the at least one missed negative acknowledgement may include at least one sent negative acknowledgement for which no corresponding retransmission from the network device has been received at the terminal device on the hybrid automatic repeat request process, calculating a negative acknowledgement miss rate based at least on the determination of the at least one missed negative acknowledgement, and adjusting the transmit power for the transmission of the negative acknowledgement based at least on the calculated negative acknowledgement miss rate and the at least one parameter. Related apparatuses and computer readable media are also disclosed.

CODEBOOK CONSTRUCTION FOR POINT-TO-MULTIPOINT OPERATION IN TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

Abstract: This disclosure presents methods and processes to allow a user equipment (UE) to map a hybrid automatic retransmission request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback to one or more HARQ-ACK sub-codebooks for received services. The one or more HARQ-ACK sub-codebooks can be concatenated into one HARQ-ACK codebook and then communicated to a communication node, when those services use a HARQ-ACK feedback that is scheduled for the same time instance. Various methods can be used for the concatenation order depending on the number of multicast and broadcast services (MBS) for which HARQ feedback is to be provided, and depending on whether HARQ-ACK feedback is to be sent for unicast services at the scheduled time instance. The concatenation order can utilize an increasing order or a decreasing order of the concatenation order parameters.

ENHANCEMENT ON SIDELINK IN UNLICENSED BAND

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, apparatuses, and computer readable medium of enhancement on sidelink in unlicensed band. The method comprises: transmitting, at a first device and to a second device, a target transmission via a sidelink channel occupied by applying a contention window of a first contention window size, CWS; receiving, from the second device, a non-acknowledgement feedback for the target transmission; and determining a second CWS to be used for the contention window based on acknowledgement feedbacks and non-acknowledgement feedbacks associated with a plurality of transmissions preceding the target transmission. In this way, both of intra-SL system collisions and inter-system collisions are taken into consideration when a sidelink UE adjusts the CWS. As such, the sidelink UE can determine the CWS not only based on detection of sidelink transmission failure, but also on the evaluation of ACK/NACK feedbacks for various sidelink transmissions.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to applying timing advance during random access procedure. The first apparatus transmits, to a first apparatus, a channel state information (CSI) report configuration comprising a first sub-configuration and a second sub-configuration; and receives, from the first apparatus and based at least in part on the first and second first priority reporting levels, a CSI report associated with at least one of the first sub-configuration or the second sub-configuration. Impacts to the other CSI reporting caused by introducing the sub-configuration would be minimized.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a first cell activation when the cell discontinuous transmission (DTX)/discontinuous reception (DRX) is applied. In particular, a network device transmits a configuration of cell DTX and/or a configuration of cell DRX for a first cell to a terminal device. The network device also transmits an activation indication for the first cell. The terminal device monitors a set of reference signals from the network device during an activation procedure of the first cell. The terminal device further transmits a report that is based on a measurement on the set of reference signals to a cell that is a special cell or a physical uplink control channel cell. In this way, it can reduce the latency of the activation of the first cell.

ADJUSTMENT OF CONTENTION WINDOW FOR LBT

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to adjustment of contention window (CW) for listen before talk (LBT). A device determines a target size of a contention window for listen before talk at least in part based on at least one of a first metric and a second metric. The first metric indicates a level of intra-system activity of one of the plurality of systems. The second metric indicates a level of inter-system activity of the plurality of systems. The at least one of first and second metrics are determined by the device based on one or more messages in a set of resources shared by a plurality of systems. This solution enables the device to adjust the LBT by determining the target size of the contention window. By doing so, the device may determine an appropriate size of the contention window even when HARQ feedback is not available. In this way, a system may be able to coexist fairly with other systems in unlicensed spectrum.
