摘要: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media for enhancement of HARQ feedback. The method comprises: upon receipt of data of at least one of a group of services from a second device, generating, at a first device, a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook comprising HARQ feedback and identification information for the at least one service, the group of services comprising at least one of multicast and broadcast services (MBSs) and unicast services; and transmitting the HARQ-ACK codebook to the second device. In this way, retransmissions of unicast and multicast services can be accurately scheduled in time, and unnecessary retransmissions can be avoided. In addition, the spectral efficiency and packet loss rate of the communication system can be improved.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to frequency domain resource allocation for multicast traffic. A method comprises: receiving, at a first device and from a core network element, multicast traffic to be scheduled for a second device; generating assistance information for the second device, the assistance information enabling the second device to identify, within a bandwidth part configured for the second device, a frequency domain resource allocated for the multicast traffic; and transmitting the assistance GC information to the second device. The method further comprises: receiving, at the second device, the assistance information from a first device; and determining the frequency domain resource from downlink control information based on the assistance information. In this way, a significant flexibility to schedule multicast traffic can be provided, and a significant complexity reduction to a terminal device can be provided.

摘要: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for restoration of multicast/broadcast service upon multicast/broadcast failure with restart are provided. For example, a method may include detecting a restart of a multicast/broadcast user plane function that was supporting a packet forwarding control protocol session for a multicast/broadcast session. The method may also include re-creating a packet forwarding control protocol session for the multicast/broadcast session. The method may further include providing addressing information for the data delivery of the broadcast/multicast session to the multicast/broadcast user plane function and instructing the multicast/broadcast user plane function to use this addressing information for the broadcast/multicast session if possible.

摘要: Disclosed are methods for power control on negative acknowledgement transmission. An example method may include receiving at a terminal device from a network device, at least one parameter relating to a transmit power for transmission of a negative acknowledgement from the terminal device to the network device on a hybrid automatic repeat request process, wherein the negative acknowledgement may indicate a request for a retransmission of a packet sent from the network device to the terminal device on the hybrid automatic repeat request process, determining at least one missed negative acknowledgement, wherein the at least one missed negative acknowledgement may include at least one sent negative acknowledgement for which no corresponding retransmission from the network device has been received at the terminal device on the hybrid automatic repeat request process, calculating a negative acknowledgement miss rate based at least on the determination of the at least one missed negative acknowledgement, and adjusting the transmit power for the transmission of the negative acknowledgement based at least on the calculated negative acknowledgement miss rate and the at least one parameter. Related apparatuses and computer readable media are also disclosed.

摘要: This disclosure presents methods and processes to allow a user equipment (UE) to map a hybrid automatic retransmission request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback to one or more HARQ-ACK sub-codebooks for received services. The one or more HARQ-ACK sub-codebooks can be concatenated into one HARQ-ACK codebook and then communicated to a communication node, when those services use a HARQ-ACK feedback that is scheduled for the same time instance. Various methods can be used for the concatenation order depending on the number of multicast and broadcast services (MBS) for which HARQ feedback is to be provided, and depending on whether HARQ-ACK feedback is to be sent for unicast services at the scheduled time instance. The concatenation order can utilize an increasing order or a decreasing order of the concatenation order parameters.
