The compositions comprise antisense compounds, particularly antisense oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acids encoding Damage-specific DNA binding protein 1, p127. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of Damage-specific DNA binding protein 1, p127 expression and for treatment of diseases associated with expression of Damage-specific DNA binding protein 1, p127 are provided.
