Abstract: Techniques are provided for utilizing wireless devices to detect and classify barriers between devices. An example method for detecting a change in state of a physical environment includes determining a first state of the physical environment based on one or more round trip time measurements and one or more received signal strength measurements associated with a first plurality of radio frequency signals exchanged with one or more wireless nodes; determining a second state of the physical environment based on one or more round trip time measurements and one or more received signal strength measurements associated with a second plurality of radio frequency signals exchanged with the one or more wireless nodes; and providing an indication of a state change in the physical environment based at least in part on a comparison of the first state and the second state.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and techniques for transferring device content using radio frequency (RF) sensing. For instance, a first wireless device can identify a first user of the first wireless device based on a first radio frequency (RF) signature associated with the first user. The first wireless media device can determine a disengagement of the first user from the first wireless media device. In response to the disengagement, content information associated with usage of the first wireless device by the first user can be captured.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to a sensor module. In some aspects, an image sensor module may include an array of photon sensors configured to output a first set of signals corresponding to a set of photon sensors of the array of photon sensors. The set of photon sensors may include a row of photon sensors, or a column of photon sensors, of the array of photon sensors. The image sensor module may include a plurality of data selector components configured to receive the first set of signals and output a second set of signals corresponding to a subset of the set of photon sensors.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable media are disclosed for generating pixel values. Such a method may involve filtering light using a plurality of anti-color filters arranged among an array of filters, each of the plurality of anti-color filters corresponding to a rejection band, to generate a plurality of portions of anti-color filtered light. The method may further involve receiving the plurality of portions of anti-color filtered light at a plurality of optical pixel sensors. The method may further involve generating, at the plurality of optical pixel sensors, a plurality of pixel signals based on the plurality of portions of anti-color filtered light. The method may further involve generating a binned anti-color pixel value by combining the plurality of pixel signals.

Abstract: Techniques described herein include utilizing a mobile device as a proxy receiver for a vehicle such that a driver of the vehicle can be presented driving assistance information based on messages received by the mobile device. The mobile device can determine that it is temporally located with the vehicle. If so, the mobile device can be configured to receive messages from other entities (e.g., vehicles, roadside units, traffic signals, and the like) in a vehicle-to-everything network. On reception, the mobile device may determine whether a received data message is relevant to the vehicle. In response to determining that the data message is, in fact, relevant to the vehicle, the mobile device may provide driving assistance information that is generated based at least in part on the information provided in the received data message.

Abstract: Techniques described herein include utilizing a mobile device as a proxy receiver for a vehicle in a V2X environment. In some embodiments, the mobile device may be configured to obtain vehicle and/or occupant metadata and store such data in memory at the mobile device. At a subsequent time, the mobile device may receive a V2X data message from a remote device (e.g., a V2X capable vehicle, another proxy device, a roadside unit, or any suitable device of the V2X environment that is different from the mobile device). The mobile device may process the data message based at least in part on the vehicle metadata and/or occupant metadata and perform one or more operations in response to processing the data message.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, systems, and instructions stored on computer-readable medium are presented for performing classification. A hardware engine may be configurable to implement multiple stages of a cascade classifier including a first stage and a second stage. The hardware engine may be configurable to (a) access a value indicative of whether to accumulate, and (b) responsive to the value indicative of whether to accumulate meeting a continue evaluation condition, (i) access a first numeric value obtained from evaluation of the first stage of the cascade classifier, (ii) accumulate the first numeric value with a second numeric value obtained from evaluation of the second stage of the cascade classifier to generate an accumulated value, and (iii) utilize the accumulated value to determine an outcome for the second stage of the cascade classifier.
