Abstract: In an aspect, the present disclosure includes a method, apparatus, and computer readable medium for wireless communications for transmitting, by a network entity to a user equipment (UE), a first sidelink control message (CCH-1), wherein the CCH-1 includes at least control information that indicates a resource allocation of data and decoding information for decoding a second sidelink control message (CCH-2); transmitting, by the network entity to the UE, the CCH-2, wherein the CCH-2 includes one or more of control information for decoding data and one or more channel state information (C SI) reports; and transmitting, by the network entity to the UE, the data based on the CCH-1 and CCH-2.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for sidelink feedback in resource pool. A first user equipment (UE) can determine a slot, from a resource pool including a plurality of slots allocated for sidelink communications, for providing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback to a second UE via a sidelink channel. The determination may be based on a physical slot index or a logical slot index. The first UE may send the HARQ feedback on the sidelink channel in the slot, or refrain from sending the HARQ feedback, based on the determination. The first UE may determine the slot has a first slot index that is at least a preconfigured number of slots after a slot scheduled for sidelink data transmission having a second slot index

Abstract: The disclosure relates in some aspects to sharing wireless communication resources. For example, a first type of device allocated to use a first resource pool may dynamically use a second resource pool allocated for a second type of device. The first type of device may use an entry criteria to determine whether to use the second resource pool. In some aspects, the entry criteria may specify that resource sharing is permitted if a ratio of resources used by devices of the second type (relative to the total resources in the second resource pool) is less than a threshold. In addition, the first type of device may use an exit criteria to determine whether to stop using the second resource pool. In some aspects, the exit criteria may specify that resource sharing should stop if a ratio of resources used by devices of the second type is greater than a threshold.
