摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message from a network entity indicating a first set of configuration parameters for tracking reference signals (TRSs) specific to the UE. The UE may monitor for one or more TRSs according to the first set of configuration parameters and during a first time interval. The UE may receive a layer-1 (L1) signal or a layer-2 (L2) signal from the network entity indicating a second set of configuration parameters for the TRSs specific to the UE that are different from the first set of configuration parameters. The UE may transmit an acknowledgement message to the network entity indicating the UE received the L1 signal or the L2 signal. During a second time interval subsequent to the first time interval, the UE may monitor for additional TRSs according to the second set of configuration parameters.

摘要: Embodiments include systems and methods for communicating information in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) message. A processor of a wireless device may configure a PUCCH message to include an uplink message in a short data field. The processor may send the PUCCH message including the short data field to convey the uplink message to a communication network. In some embodiments, the processor may receive data from a second wireless device in a downlink channel, and may generate an acknowledgement message responsive to the received data. The processor may configure the short data field to include the acknowledgement message, and may send the PUCCH message including the short data field that includes the acknowledgement message to acknowledge the received data.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for signaling mechanisms associated with transmission puncturing schemes for rateless coding. In some aspects, a transmitting device may encode a message using a rateless code associated with a cumulative encoding of various portions of the message and may perform transmission puncturing to adapt a bit rate of related signal transmissions. The transmitting device may signal an indication of the transmission puncturing scheme, and potentially one or more modifications to the transmission puncturing scheme, to a receiving device via control signaling. The transmitting device may modify the transmission puncturing scheme in accordance with prioritizing retransmissions for some cumulative portions of the message ahead of other cumulative portions, such as by granting prioritized cumulative portions of the message relatively earlier transmission occasions in the transmission puncturing scheme.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform online spur detection and mitigation scheme. The UE may identify spurs during operation, in real time, and apply cancelation and noise equalization to address identified spurs. The UE may apply a high pass filter to reference signals. During a symbol, the UE may apply the high pass filter by estimating the channel on one or more neighbor tones (e.g., tones of higher frequency and tones of lower frequency that also carry reference symbols). Because the UE may assume that a channel will generally be smooth, and that noise may vary slowly or steadily across frequency resources, the UE may compare the channel noise of a particular tone to an average or normalized channel noise of the one or more neighbor tones.

摘要: A base station may multiplex a peak suppression information message (PSIM) on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) with data for efficient implementation of PSIMs for peak to average power ratio (PAPR) reduction. A base station may clip peaks from a signal to be transmitted and capture information of the clipped peaks into a PSIM. The base station may then multiplex the PSIM on the PDSCH such that a receiving device (for example, a user equipment (UE)) may receive the signal and reconstruct the signal (for example, PDSCH data) using the PSIM. According to some aspects, each PDSCH symbol may include a PSIM for a previous PDSCH symbol, or the PSIM may be for the current symbol. Various aspects of the techniques described herein may further provide for PSIM positioning in frequency, PSIM modulation, PSIM channel coding, PSIM multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) configurations, among other examples.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a control message indicating a capability of the UE to identify and report a reciprocity parameter between downlink communications and uplink communications of a channel between the UE and the base station. In some examples, the base station may request a reciprocity report from the UE. The UE may identify a reciprocity parameter based on one or more parameters associated with an array of antennas at the UE. The reciprocity parameter may indicate a reciprocity between an uplink beam and a downlink beam, such as a degree of overlap between the uplink beam and the downlink beam. The UE may report the reciprocity parameter via a reciprocity report to the base station. In some examples, the base station may identify one or more parameters based on the reciprocity report.
