    摘要: The present invention is directed toward a data acquisition and display system for vehicles that connects to the vehicle's on-board computer(s) via a data link connector (DLC). The system includes a display module suitable for permanent or temporary attachment within the interior of a vehicle. The display module preferably includes a full color monitor that also functions as a touch screen for inputting commands to the computer within the display module. The computer includes a suitable processor, operating system, software and tangible data storage media to allow multiple user configurable graphics. The display module collects information from the vehicle via multiple busses and senders through the data link connector and displays the information on the screen of the display module in a user configured graphics format. The software is constructed and arranged to allow user configuration of the displayed graphics by clicking or touching the graphics image.

    摘要: A data acquisition, data display, vehicle computer interface and programming tool in the form of a module. The module of the present invention can be set into a dock, which is connected to the vehicle's control modules. The vehicle can be reprogrammed to accept vehicle manufacture's updates and/or performance updates. Once the reprogramming is finished the module is removed from the dock and is be placed into/onto the vehicle's dashboard or other location readily viewable by the vehicle operator to report one or more of the vehicle's operating parameters. The present invention is readily connectable to a vehicle's data link for bi-directional communication with the various control modules on the vehicle.

    摘要: The present invention is directed toward a data acquisition and display system for vehicles that includes a GPS receiver and connects to the vehicle's on-board computer(s) via a data link connector. The system includes a display module suitable for permanent or temporary attachment within the interior of a vehicle. The display module includes a display computer including a suitable processor, operating system, software and tangible data storage media to allow multiple user configurable functions for display on a full color monitor that also functions as a touch screen for inputting commands to the computer. The display module collects information from the GPS receiver via direct electrical communication and/or vehicle via multiple busses and senders through the data link connector and displays the information on the screen of the display module in a user configured graphics format. The direct connection between the display module and the data link facilitates bi-directional communication with the vehicle's on-board computer(s) for diagnostics as well as reprogramming of the on-board computer(s) which may be accomplished in real-time.

The wobble gear mechanism includes an inner gear (7) connected to one of the hinge members (1), an outer gear (10) connected to the other hinge member (2) and an eccentric rotatable drive element (5) for causing eccentric rotation of the inner gear (7) within the outer gear (10). The outer gear (10) has one more tooth than the inner gear (7) and the inner and outer gears have conformal tooth profiles, whereby all but one of the teeth on the inner gear (7) engage with teeth on the outer gear (10).

    摘要: A coil winding system and process is provided that includes a coil winding fixture and a coil press fixture. The coil winding fixture includes a pair of winding arms each having a set of in-line winding pins. The sets of in-line pins are arranged parallel to one another in one axis, and form an angle to another axis. Magnetic wire is machine wound into the slots between the pins to form coil phases, and, advantageously the individual coils can be wound together to minimize spatial tolerance build-up between phases. Likewise the slots are arranged parallel and adjacent one another to ensure that each winding is parallel to the next to maximize efficiency of the coils. The press fixture includes a forming press and a saddle to form the wound coils into a predetermined shape using heat and pressure applied to the press fixture.
