The compound is represented by the formula wherein ring A, ring B, and ring C are each independently selected from a C5-C30 carbocyclic group and a C1-C30 heterocyclic group, each of L1 to L9 is independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 heteroarylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted divalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and a substituted or unsubstituted divalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group, and each of Ar1 to Ar6, R1 to R3, R11, and R12 are further defined. The compound may be incorporated into one or more layers of an organic light-emitting diode device.
