摘要： An organic light-emitting display device including: a substrate; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining film on the pixel electrode and having a first opening at least partially exposing the pixel electrode; an organic light-emitting layer on the exposed portion of the pixel electrode; a common electrode on the organic light-emitting layer and the pixel defining film; an encapsulation layer on the common electrode; a black matrix on the encapsulation layer and having a second opening overlapping the first opening; and a plurality of first sensing lines on the black matrix and surrounding the pixel electrode in a plan view to define a pixel region. At least portions of the first sensing lines defining the pixel region do not overlap the common electrode in the pixel region to reduce the common electrode's influence on the touch sensing lines and improve touch sensitivity.

摘要： A display device and a manufacturing method which minimize a difference in touch sensitivity between regions of a display device are disclosed. The display includes a display area, a color filter area disposed over the display area, and a touch area disposed between the display area and the color filter area. The display area includes a substrate, an insulating layer disposed over the substrate, first and second electrodes, partition walls disposed between the insulating layer and the second electrode, an emission layer disposed in an opening formed by the first and second electrodes and adjacent partition walls, and a spacer disposed on at least one of the partition walls. The color filter area includes a first light blocking member disposed at a region overlapping the spacer and including at least two color filters stacked on each other.

摘要： A display device may include: a substrate including an emission region and a non-emission region; at least one transistor disposed on the substrate; a display element layer including a light emitting element disposed to correspond to the emission region and a spacer disposed to correspond to the non-emission region; and a touch sensor disposed on the display element layer. The touch sensor may include a base layer including a sensing region and a non-sensing region, a plurality of touch electrodes provided in the sensing region, and an insulating pattern disposed to correspond to the spacer. The insulating pattern and the spacer may have the same thickness. Some of the touch electrodes may be disposed on the insulating pattern.
