A washing apparatus is provided. The washing apparatus includes a main body having a door, a spin basket disposed inside the main body and rotating about a rotary shaft, a motor providing power to the rotary shaft, a spring clutch including a first core rotating in conjunction with the motor and a second core rotating in conjunction with the rotation shaft, and selectively transmitting power of the motor to the spin basket, a processor, and a sensor that measures revolutions per minute (RPM) of the spring clutch, and when the driving of the motor based on an input signal is completed, the processor controls to stop the driving of the motor, and after stopping the driving of the motor, controls the motor to be re-driven for a preset driving time based on a measurement value of the sensor.

A washing machine capable of reducing motor noise during a spin-drying cycle includes: a rotating tub for accommodating laundry; a motor connected to the rotating tub; a driving circuit for supplying driving current to the motor to rotate the motor; a sensor for outputting sensing values that vary according to a weight of the laundry; and a control unit for controlling the driving circuit to decelerate the motor when the speed of the motor reaches a target rotation speed during the spin-drying cycle, wherein the motor is decelerated at a target rotational deceleration rate determined on the basis of the weight of the laundry.

Disclosed is a method of a first terminal in a wireless communication system including transmitting a first request message for information required for establishing security between terminals to a first entity, receiving a first response message including the information required for establishing security between terminals from the first entity in response to the first request message, generating security information for the first terminal, based on the response message, transmitting a second request message including the security information for the first terminal to a relay terminal, establishing security with the relay terminal, receiving a second response message including security information for a second terminal from the relay terminal in response to the second request message, and generating an end-to-end session key between terminals, based on the received security information for the second terminal.

A washing machine including a spin basket, the washing machine including a driving unit configured to rotate the spin basket, a sensor configured to detect an operation of the washing machine, a display configured to display information, and a processor configured to, based on a user command for managing the washing machine being received, perform a cleaning course for cleaning the spin basket, obtain diagnosis information regarding the washing machine using the sensor while the cleaning course is performed, and display the obtained diagnosis information on the display. The processor is configured to perform the cleaning course by controlling the driving unit to supply wash water to the spin basket and rotate the spin basket filled with the wash water.
