    摘要: A method of determining dimensional information of a target surface includes generating a first point cloud corresponding to a first plurality of reconstructed surface points of the target surface generated by a first imaging system-illumination source pair of a phase profilometry system; generating a second point cloud corresponding to a second plurality of reconstructed surface points of the target surface generated by a second imaging system-illumination source pair of the phase profilometry system; generating an initial estimate of the target surface based on the first and second point clouds; and refining the initial surface estimate using positions of the first and second point clouds and geometry of the first and second imaging system-illumination source pairs to generate a final point cloud.

    摘要: The present technology relates to an image sensor, an imaging device, and a ranging device capable of performing imaging so that noise is reduced. A photoelectric conversion unit configured to perform photoelectric conversion; a charge accumulation unit configured to accumulate charges obtained by the photoelectric conversion unit; a transfer unit configured to transfer the charges from the photoelectric conversion unit to the charge accumulation unit; a reset unit configured to reset the charge accumulation unit; a reset voltage control unit configured to control a voltage to be applied to the reset unit; and an additional control unit configured to control addition of capacitance to the charge accumulation unit are included. The charge accumulation unit includes a plurality of regions. The present technology can be applied to, for example, an imaging device that captures an image and a ranging device that performs ranging.

    摘要: Methods and systems for digitally reconstructing a patient tissue sample are described herein. In one embodiment, the method may include projecting a first structured light pattern onto the patient tissue sample, receiving a first reflection of the first structured light pattern from the patient tissue sample, and reconstructing the patient tissue sample based on the first reflection and the projected first structured light pattern. In another embodiment, the system may include a projector adapted or configured to project the first structured light onto the patient tissue sample, a charge-coupled device (CCD) adapted or configured to receive the first reflection from the patient tissue sample, and a reconstruction device adapted or configured to reconstruct the patient tissue sample based on the first reflection and the projected first structured light pattern.

    摘要: A high dynamic range imaging pixel may include a photodiode that generates charge in response to incident light. When the generated charge exceeds a first charge level, the charge may overflow through a first transistor to a first storage capacitor. When the generated charge exceeds a second charge level that is higher than the first charge level, the charge may overflow through a second transistor. The charge that overflows through the second transistor may alternately be coupled to a voltage supply and drained or transferred to a second storage capacitor for subsequent readout. Diverting more overflow charge to the voltage supply may increase the dynamic range of the pixel. The amount of charge diverted to the voltage supply may therefore be updated to control the dynamic range of the imaging pixel.
