Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a soft buffer processing method, comprising the steps of: first, receiving, by UE, D2D data and PDSCH data; and then performing soft buffer processing on the D2D data, and performing soft buffer processing on the PDSCH data. Abstract: The present invention provides a method for uplink packet scheduling, comprising the following steps: a base station determines types of terminals, and groups the terminals based on types thereof; the base station transmits pre-scheduling indication information and uplink scheduling commands to the terminals in a group with a same type; the base station receives Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmitted by the terminals on a corresponding uplink sub-frame. The present invention further provides a base station and a terminal. In the above solution provided by this invention, eNB sorts accessed MTC terminals into different types of groups based on types thereof via a high-layer signaling, part of the MTC terminals in a type group are sorted into a scheduling group via a pre-scheduling instruction carried by PDSCH, all the MTC terminals in that group are scheduled via an uplink scheduling command. The solution provided by this invention can obviously reduce the number of times that the base station transmits uplink scheduling commands, and alleviate the burden on the base station of scheduling PUSCH transmission of MTC terminals.

By adopting the method in the present disclosure, a method for allocating PUCCH resources is provided. An upper-limit resource utilization is improved. And a method for indicating PUCCH resources in Downlink Control Information (DCI) is put forward, thereby reducing bit overheads of DCI.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information are provided. The apparatus and method include user equipment (UE) that first receives a downlink grant (DL-GRANT) which schedules downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to an uplink subframe used for feeding back HARQ-ACK, obtains a DL downlink assignment index (DL DAI) in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI. Then, according to the mapping value of the corresponding DL DAI, the HARQ-ACK bit of each HARQ feedback unit is mapped to a corresponding bit of a feedback bit sequence. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, useless HARQ-ACK bits may be effectively removed, and efficiency for feeding back HARQ-ACK may be increased. As such, a downlink peak rate of a UE is ensured.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided for transmitting a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK/NACK). A first set including at least one HARQ-ACK/NACK timing value is identified. Each timing value indicates a time difference between a downlink time unit for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception and an uplink time unit in which a HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback is transmitted. A second set is determined that includes at least one downlink time unit. A codebook is generated for the HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback. A size of the codebook is identified based on a size of the second set and a number of HARQ-ACK/NACK bits corresponding to each downlink time unit. The codebook is transmitted to the base station. The number of HARQ-ACK/NACK bits is determined based on a number of code block groups (CBGs) in one transmission block (TB), in case that scheduling for a downlink transmission is based on CBG.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus in a wireless communication system are provided. Configuration information is received on resource pools in multiple carriers for a vehicle to everything (V2X) sidelink communication. At least one carrier is selected for transmission among the multiple carriers. An order of the at least one carrier is determined according to a decreasing order based on a highest priority of a sidelink traffic channel. A set of candidate resources associated with each of the at least one carrier is determined according to the determined order. A candidate resource is excluded from the set of candidate resources, in case that the candidate resource is not supported due to a limitation of a user equipment (UE) in supported carrier combinations.

During the transmission of the P-CSI, the PUCCH resource most preferable for the transmission of the P-CSI is determined. The uplink resource utilization ratio is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting a synchronization signal (SS), the method comprising: performing a listen-before-talk (LBT) operation in a pre-defined window; if the LBT operation succeeds, transmitting an SS block (SSB) in the window, wherein the SSB comprises the SS, or the SSB comprises the SS and a physical broadcast channel (PBCH). Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure may significantly improve the efficiency of data transmission and the access performance for the communication system by relaxing the time when the base station implements the LBT, that is, allowing the base station to implement the LBT in the pre-defined window and transmit the SSB after the LBT succeeds.
